I am working in an organization in Kolkata in Sector 5 since 2016, I have received a better opportunity and hence I want to leave I have given a proper resignation letter along with one month notice period(as given in my appointment letter) in official mai.lBut, my employer is refusing to accept it stating that I am an "asset" to the company.I simply do not want to work here anymore please advise with regards on what can be done.

I am preparing for judiciary. My mother did FIR on her brothers and brokers for forging and selling the property more than their legal share. I contested their anticipatory bail petition as my mother advocate, and they couldn't get the bail upon which broker contacted us for resolving the issue by asking my mother to sell the left property and they would give money of my mother legal right, in return of NOC from my mother. They deposited some money in my mother's account and my account and made papers. We were ready to sell the agreed land but meanwhile they got bail from high court now they are using hook or crook in forcing us to sell land part which is on immediate highway, of which we never talked. We denied. We asked them to take their money by proper legal means but they sent us no information / notice with details rather threatened us. Now somehow I got to know that they have file some fake FIR against my mother and me in different cities to harass us. As I am preparing for judiciary, I am concerned for my exam, as my whole time is in preparation, I posted my issue here. Please someone suggest me what should I do. Should I approach Mahila Ayog ?? Or any other measures??

I was send notice on 19/7/19 to wife abt defamation & compensation abt.10 lacs rs.
Reply to notice got on 26/8/19. Today date is 9/9/19. My question is
1) wats time limit for civil suit of defamation after aquital fr.false case.
2) may require to do delay condom fr.court?
3)for 10 lacs how much amount give to court in maharashtra?

my friend lost a case in land tribunal immediately the name of the persons who won the case were entered into rtc and the land owners who lost the case went to high court meantime the land was acquired for the formation of layout and the persons who won the case collected the compensation from the concerned government body later the persons who won the case in land tribunal lost the case in high court the layout is formed and houses have been constructed can we get some other land against the acquired land because we have not received any compensation the other party had claimed the compensation

My friend Father died in April and his home condition his very critical. His mom want to sale his flat located in Thane. Flat is in gram pachayat plan passed and now in Thane Municipal corporation. They not have any father will or legal heir certificate. they want to sell in emergency as client is ready so how they will sale their flat.

The judge took my oath when I filed sworn statement u/s 200 of CRPC r/w 27 of CP Act 1986. I gave my oath and came down and they gave another date 1 week apart. On the next date they took signature on warrant issue order sheet. On that day itself the warrant was supposedly issued. But this should have been done on the same day of taking oath.
In meantime OP lawyer went and took stay order from state commission without intimating me to appear before the commission.
I feel judge purposefully did not take my signature on the warrant issue order sheet the same day as my oath taking.
Unless the judge puts the OP behind bars how will they recover the amount due of 20 lakhs from them?
Although the OP have deposited 10 lakhs in state commission, I went and asked to release the amount, but they told they will not give until appeal is dismissed.
Time is passing and I am not having a penny in hand, each time 3-4 thousand ruppes I have to spend to go to gurgaon for hearing.
Lower court allowed my complaint where I was given relief of 20 lakhs for doctors negligence in medical case apolo hospital goragaon.
How to go about this now?

Stay in family court until high court not decided
Wife has filed divorce petition on cruelty ground under Hindu marriage act in family court by giving power of attorney to her father. In Mediation proceeding, Her father appeared but wife did not appear for mediation as wife was not present in India. So. Husband has filed an application to seek mediation with his wife in Family court. But, the Family Court refused the application filed by Husband and not granted the application . Then, Husband approached to High Court by filing a review petition against the order of th Family Court and to stay the proceeding of the Family court. Now, the problem is that, the proceeding in high court is very slow and the proceeding in the Family court is faster than the High Court. The stage in Family Court is evidence of petitioner (wife). There is no meaning to approach to High Court if the Family Court announce its order earlier than order of High Court. My question is that Can Husband file an application to stay the procedure of the case in same Family Court until the review petition not decided by High Court? What other remedies are available in this case?
