Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Bill, 2019 (L. A. Bill No. XVII of 2019), introduced in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly on the 20th June 2019. apparently has the following contradictions:
154B-10.(6) The Associate Member shall have right to contest the election to the Committee with prior written consent of a Member.
154B-11 -(2) The Associate Member shall have right to vote with prior written consent of a Member but shall NOT have right to contest the election to the Committee.
Which of them is correct , this is from the official gazette

I am thinking about submitting a memo to the court
I have approached an advocate for Legal opinion as per requirement of a Bank Loan.He suggested me to obtain certified copies of some Link documents. All are in good condition except one.The document said to be "mortgage deed" is not legible as the scan quality is poor.Original or Photo copy of that document is not available with me.Advocate says Legal Opinion is not possible without that particular document. Is it true? How can I get the mortgage deed copy(transaction occurred before 20 years in another bank)? However I have provided "deed of conveyance" given by the bank(after closing of the loan) relating to the particular mortgage transaction. Is not it sufficient to give legal opinion ?Please guide me.
