Dear sir,
I have a query .
I am a student and giving competitive exams. I appeared for SSC CGL 2018 tier 2 (i.e. second stage) . The commission has mentioned that you should come with valid ID proof (with DOB). But the problem is that I have taken adhar card( original) but it didn't had full date of birth, it only had year of birth as issued by the government(issued very early 2011). On that issue they didn't allowed me to enter the examination room. I had one more id in my bag i.e. voter id but there were many bags and my bag was put under many bags and I was unable to find mine at that time. I have requested them that I will definitely show my voter id in second session of exam. But even then they didn't allow.
*A guy has the same case he has shown driving licence with no chhip he was also not allowed to enter the hall but when he filed writ petition , his plea was considered .
Sir, should I proceed with writ petition, exam was on 11 September 2019.
Will they consider my case too and whether judgement will be in my favour. Please enlighten me on this as my career is on stake.

In a marriage petition under hindu marriage act, when I see the status, in the purpose of hearinf column it says "Compliance". What does compliance means ???

Dear experts
Mohan here I have not paid maintenance of 1lakhs till date from 2013 every month 4000 I don't have money to pay maintenance to my wife has she is working in government sector and getting 40000/per month I am taking care off my age old mother her years around 75 year old I am jobless since 2013 for how many years I will be in prison for not paying maintenance thier is property not in my name all in my mother name experts please tell me for how many years I will be thier in pirson what is the sutiable decision I don't have single RS to pay for maintenance please expert's give solutions.

I am a successful bidder for a property in Chennai. Paid the full sale value amount. One day before auction day, borrower approached DRT for stay and DRT said "Sale will proceed as per sale notice. Confirmation stayed. Counter by (date)".
The Bank instead of filing counter, informed DRT that they are withdrawing the Sale Notice, and the DRT agreed to it.
In the sale notice issued by the bank there is no clause on the right of the bank to postpone/cancel/withdraw the e-auction. The bank returned the full amount paid by me.
As a successful purchaser do I have third party right on the property? Can I take legal action via DRAT? Please advise.

Sir/Madam,
property is in my mother name and home loan is in my name and my mother name. To avail tax exemption I need to take a gift deed from my mother. Is it possible to take gift deed by informing the bank and without closing the existing home loan.
Please help me out.

I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat. My grandmother has 4 son and 1 girl. She made a will of her house property in Dec 2013 (latest) at ahmedabad with witness of two in from of sub registrar office. In that will she remove all son and girl due to 2 (3rd and 4th)son cheated her , they transfer their part in property where they leaving, when my grandmother is present without inform her (2007) and one (1st) son not taking her responsibility. She leave with her 4th son till death 4th Oct 2018. girl she is died in 2009. My grandmother died on 4th Oct 2018(age 87). after that her will presented, In that will she clear that she remove all son and girl also she clear that if anything writing before this will is not valid. She mention her grandson ( me ) to received all in her will. after 3 month of her death I applied to Municipal corporation to change name but they refuse and say we need society share certificate and letter in your name then I applied to society chairman , he not give any answer from 4 months now he said he need to talk to my grandmother son but he never informed anyone except one. He is delaying this . My grandmother also informed to society Charmin in writing she has remove her sons and daughter from their portion in property. .
Please help me what should to do to clear this?

Hello Sir,
My father in law passed away recently with out any will. Now the properties have to be change to his wife and daughter. However there is spelling error in surname of daughter. when i tried to change it, i found out that error continued in all certificates like school certificates, AAdhar, PAN,PASSPORT and even in marriage certificate due to aadhar. How can i solve this issue and proceed for applying Legal Heir

Rejection review
If a suit is rejected for non payment of balance court fee can review is the remedy an if so mistaken ate of diary is a valid reason. ?
