Property issue

(Querist) 23 February 2020 This query is : Resolved
my sister file suit against her husband under dvc act in the meanwhile her husband to settle (dhana settlement ) to his sister while dvc case is pending in the court. let me know how to prove the such transfer of property is null and void. the property transfer from his father name
Quick Summary
A husband is attempting to transfer property to his sister while a Domestic Violence Act (DVC) case is ongoing. The question is how to prove this property transfer is invalid. Legal advice suggests consulting the lawyer already engaged by the sister, as they are aware of the case details and documents. The original poster has no standing in a complaint case filed under the DVC Act.

Seek opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged and paid by your sister, who is well aware about the facts and circumstances/ documents executed, besides the facts s/he is an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy the questions of your sister.
You have "no" locus in a complaint case filed by an aggrieved person under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
