Stamp duty

This is extremely urgent.

What would be the stamp duty payable on an addendum/ amendment to lease agreement in Delhi? Which provision of which Act covers it?

Thank you

Crpc.313 in 498a case

Dear Experts,
My wife filed 498A case in trial court with false allegations. The case is running for 5 years.
I am first accused (A1) and my mother is second accused (A2). I donot want to give CHIEF EXAMINATION so that i can avoid CROSS EXAMINATION by Prosecution Lawyer. But I will mark my evidence during cross examination of the PW1 (wife & others) to disprove the allegations fabricated against me.

My Questions:
===========
1) Will the JUDGE or the PROSECUTION ADVOCATE compel me and my mother to give CHIEF EXAMINATION u/s Crpc.313?

Thanks in Advance
Ram

Ancestral property

My grandfather died in the year 1970. At that time a property was on my grandfather's name. My grandfather has one son and two daughters. In 1984, the patta of the land was transferred to my Father's name and at present the holder of the land is my father. Since 1984 the land is being utilized by my father. Now, one of my grandfather's daughter is asking9 her partition. Whether she is eligible. Kindly clarify with SC judgements, if any.

Mutation of property or sale without mutation

Husband has died and the wife wants to sell a very small DDA property in Delhi.
Is mutation of property necessary before selling?
If yes, please advise on the approximate cost and time.
What will be the lawyer's fee in case a lawyer is needed?

Can property be "sold" via a registered gift deed or registered Will or registered Power of Attorney without doing/needing Mutation?
Is there a difference for buyer in comparison to the Sale deed?

Can the owner execute more than one gift deed, Will and/or Power of Attorney for the same property?
For example initially executed in favour of one buyer, and then executed a new document in favour of another buyer.

My property is still under construction and the banakhat is already issued with two joint person name. Is it possible to add one more person name in Banakhat or would i wait for final sale deed agreement and add one more person name as being total three persons owner in property with same stamp duty charge.
