My property is still under construction and the banakhat is already issued with two joint person name. Is it possible to add one more person name in Banakhat or would i wait for final sale deed agreement and add one more person name as being total three persons owner in property with same stamp duty charge.

I have one more query..
A civil case is pending in the Honb'le court.
The plaintiff has filed a false civil suit regarding property to harass us..
I am the owner in possession of a Land .
I purchased the land 35 years ago through registered sale deed by paying appropriate stamp duty.
My family has the possession of land since 35 years.
Plaintiff has nothing to do with this land and he has filed a civil suit just to mentally harass us.
My Question is-
I came to know that he has created a forged rent agreement in which he has given our land to rent for 2 years.
and also he has submitted the rent agreement in court also.
IF I AM THE OWNER IN POSESSION OF THE LAND, THEN HOW HE CAN RENT OUT LAND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO ANYONE ELSE.
ISN'T IT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.
Sir please tell me that is it a criminal offence to rent out someone else land without owner's permission?
WHAT SECTION OF IPC WILL ATTRACT IN THIS SITUATION?

I have a civil case pending..
In evidence there are some fraud agreements which was made from behind my back.
An agreement was made in year 2000 and the notary attestation is done in year 2003.
My Questions are--
1. Is it Legal/Illegal if agreement are executed and notary is done after 3 years?IS THIS NOTARY LEGAL?
2. This fraud is done behind my back, so no entry is made in notary register IS IT LEGAL/ILLEGAL to do notary without entry in notary register?
3. DO GOVERNMENT KEEP NOTARY OLD REGISTERS SAFE OR BURN THEM?
If I want to call the notary register in court or do my own investigation regarding notary register, CAN I FIND 20 YEARS OLD NOTARY REGISTER NOW??

My wife eloped with her lover along with my 2 year old kid from her maternal home about 2weeks ago. They both reappeared yesterday and the police released them as they were in consensus of affair before 3 years of marriage. Now She is not living with her parents.
I wanted to return the marriage articles to my father in law and he is also willing to return my gold ornaments.
1. What is the legal method to exchange these marriage articles
2. Apparently my wife is not willing to sign any MOU of exchange of articles
3.How do I proceed exchanging the articles in absence of my wife
4. How to ensure my wife does not claim these again from me

i.o. demands bills of case property from shopkeeper( complainant) before challan
when we meet to complainant to settle case he informed us you donot worry i will not give bills to i.o. complainant assures us i will make your fever & he is waiting reply from his owner
we also met i.o. not to present challan to court till we reach settlement from complanaint
1.i want to know is bills are necessary to prepare challan ??
2. if complainant will not give bills of case property (kept in mallkhana ) till i.o. would not able to make challan ??

Can an apartment society or some owners in the apartment lock the rooftop at certain times of the day to disallow other flat owners from accessing the rooftop?

My mother (pensioner) & sister who used to stay at their flat at kolkata and later on at Bangalore ( in rented house there also created lot of issues including police complaint against them) has now come to Guwahati . They have taken a rented house where they create nuisance like screaming/shouting etc and more ever my sister who is very short tempered also physically tortures my mother when ever there is a break up in marriage related proposals. .Both of them are mentally not 100% sane which you can feel once you talk to them or observe their activities ) Now every time they do so the house owner calls me to say that you come & take them to your home or I shall go to police. Now as I have already stated that they create trouble with my wife when ever they have come on earlier occasions ( use of abusive language/quarelling & threatining thru SMS etc) also with me and my son so the neighbours start complaining because of shouting /screaming etc and it spoils the peace of my home & my family life .My sister even threatens with dare consequences to my wife & son . Also my Son's board exam has just completed and he is persuing 11th std online classes.. so please suggest what should i do so that I can avoid bringing them to my home and maintain peace in my family life. Also what should I say to the house owner who calls me every time & says he will go to police once they
Now during lockdown period they want me to find a groom .As i have stated they are mentally not sound and go on harassing me over phone. My mother I feel has crossed all limits and is now saying if you cannot find a groom tell your son ( who has just appeared board,age 16 yrs ) to marry my Daughter ( age 38 yrs). Now you can understand what is the status of their mental health . I even feel shame to mention such thing in mail.These are un natural talks which they speak and reflects their mental status. Today the house owner where they are staying on rent called me up to inform that ,I should shift them from his house or he will approach police .I went and met him & asked him to give me some time .I told my mother & sister that they need to consult psychiatrist or go to rehabilitation centre for treatment ,but they don't want to go there & I don't want to bring them to my house as already mentioned above ,they will inflict harm to my son & wife and also create nuisance in the home which will destroy our mental peace. I also met police but they could not provide any help & told me it is your personal problem & you need to find out solution. I am really suffering because it is hampering the peace in my family life .
Please help me out with some legal options . They need to be in correction centre or assylum for mental treatment.how can I get it done with police or legal assistance.pl suggest.

I have a query regarding the organizations of a group of people i.e, aarya samaj, jain samaj, patidar samaj, etc come under the ambit of RTI Act or not.
If no then how can individual gather any information of that organization which is not published to the public on their website?

Property and bank fd
my mother has left a will with 50-50% share each to me and my one bro as per regd will of her flat in tamil nadu
my brothers produced another notarised unregistered will which says 25%share to all 4 of us .we are 4 siblings .also bank fd is same case
another bank which had locker is withdrawn without my knowledge of which jewels were to be divided into 4 siblings as per registered will too
im her daughter and have 3 brothers
bank has kept on hold as i submitted the reg will and i want to know
how to prevent bank from releasing to them
