Order has been passed on temporary injunction application that the application will be decided along with the suit. Advocate of plaintiff filed an application for urgent hearing of temporary injunction application and it is allowed by Hon'ble Court. Now should I prefer appeal because there is no urgency or go for hearing of temporary injunction application? Please suggest me and give me case laws.

A Full Tank Level (FTL) land is with the name of my father on the document name Pahani till May 2020. This FTL land is an ancestor's property and in year 1989 Pahani document has produced from Andhra Pradesh govt. We are 4 children includes two daughters and 2 sons to my father. My father has got expired in the 2002 year. Before expiry, my father has not told or did not give any written document to his children to share.my 2 brothers have registered their names half an each of land on May 2020 and my two brothers without knowing us about the sale they have sold to a builder with the document name of sale cum GPA on June 2020. Without telling intentionally to both of sisters or no where in sale of document our signs has not taken into consideration but our two brother children's signatures are taken into consideration. I would like to know do we get any amount on this matter. moreover, children of my two sisters will hold any power in this matter to fight with my two brothers on before Hon'ble court.

In case of two wife.1st have no children and second wife have two children.Husband separated with first wife without Registering divorce in court only at gram panchayat. But Husband paid maintenance charges for first wife.the husband have loan of ₹20lacs .after death of husband,first wife asking some more property of husband.but 1st wife doesn't ready to repay the loans. But his children from second wife paid some loans. So wt is the solution?

Dear Sir(s),
The resolution professional has issued letter indicating reduction in salary of the employees.
My understanding is that since reduction in salary have adverse impact on calculation of gratuity and other benefits as such reduction may only be done after paying the previous accrued benefit and then starting afresh with the new terms of employment.
Kindly advise so that we may counter the resolution professional proposal.
Any judgment to support the contentions will be appreciated

Dear Sir(s),
Resolution professional has issued termination letter to the employees without conducting vote on this issue.
My understanding is as under:
Relevant Section is Section 28 (1) (L) read with Section 5 (23) of insolvency and bankruptcy code.
As per these sections Resolution professional can only terminate the employee subsequent to voting conducted in this regard and further upon securing 66% vote in favour of this Agenda.
Kindly advise whether my understanding is correct or else advise the right method of doing during Insolvency.
Any judgment in support of the contention if available may be forwarded.

Dear Sir, I am a Muslim aged 66 from Mumbai. I have spent heavy money on my two elder sons for abroad studies and to help them to settle in their lives. Now both have comfortable married life with kids and properties. I am a retired person aged 66 years old without any sufficient income. However both sons not helping me at all and even tried to kill me. I have a minor son also from my second wife. (First wife also with me). I am worried about his future and studies. I own a flat and a commercial shop in my name and in the registered Coop Housing Society on ownership basis. I have also a piece of land with rooms constructed on it. This all immovable properties are in Mumbai and purchased by my earnings.
Now I want to make a gift deed of entire property to my minor son aged seven years old.
I would appreciate your expert advice on following.
1-- As I am a Muslim, and Is there any restrictions or issues to execute or Muslim Personal Law will affect?
2-- Can I make three separate gift deeds or only one and the registrations are required?
3-- As Beneficiary is a minor, Can I or his mother can become legal guardian until he reaches to 18 years.
4-- As its generally irrevocable gift deed, Can we add conditions eg. Taking care of parents in Old age etc.
5-- Is this deed is acceptable to the society to transfer the name to the minor?
6-- Is there any risk in future to minor?

I am working in a company say X, and currently I am on notice period. It has a 3 months notice of which 1.5 months is remaining. I dont have any project in company X, i am sitting idle here from last 1.5 months.
I have asked the hr and the manager multiple times for early release or short notice period, but they are adamant on not releasing me early. Escalated the matter also, but no results.
On the other hand, the future employer Y, is looking for early joining. All formalities are done, just they are waiting for me to confirm them the joining date. They, preferably, want me to join in August 1st week.
I need early release for joining the Y company. I am ready to pay the money in Lieu Lieu the remaining days, but hr is saying it cannot be done.Can you pls advise me what can be done here?

A girl is in relationship with a boy from last 2 years. Now girl is forcing boy for getting married and she had filed application in women police station regarding their relationship and she said in her application that the boy married her in vrindavan temple but now not telling anybody and after faking about marriage the boy is doing rape of her by saying that now we are married. Boy dont want to get married to the girl but the girl is tick to the point that either the boy marry her or she will file the case against him as the boy is in air force and the story made by her regarding marriage is fake. What should the boy do?

12 marla plot from private property dealer in colony was purchased. In property registration it shows 12 marla i.e. 1 marla equivalent to 272 sq.ft but physically the plot is taken as 207 sq.ft. equivalent to 1 marla. on enquiry from property dealer he reply that road is included. Experts advise requested.
