Execution petition

I have got a decree in my favor.... But my counsel is not paying heed to my instructions to file for execution petition... Can i engage other counsel to file the execution petition?

Cctv footage&caseperty bill will present with challan or not

Wish to know
Bills of case property(stolen from shop) & CCTV footage will be preset in court with challan or later it will be present

(complainant has promised accuse not to give bills to io if he breaks his promise ? Wish to know )
1.& The equipment's accuse used to commit theft will produce in court with challan or any other time or in evidence ?
2. Can defense lawyer able to see this ?
& can also accuse see it ??

Regarding house rent and movable goods

I was married in 2018 but I didn't stay at my husband's house due to my job.We then started having certain disputes which was eventually reported in the mahila thana.My husband then took a rented room 10 months back and bought the basic household goods Now they have filed sec 9 against me Their advocate also has prepared a copy of all the expenses incurred for rent and house hold goods.Can a court ask me to pay back? How can I contest

Case against college for not letting me sit in the exam

I had my Supplementary exam online. But my college faculty didn't allow me to sit in the exam. I had filled online supplemantry form and paid money to them i showed them the payment receipt but they were saying that your form was not submitted with us (the payment link opens when we submit the form isn't is obvious) they didn't allowed me to sit in exam. I mailed vice chancellor and the exam co-ordinators but no one responded... After that director of institute and HOD said that we can do nothing it's not our fault...
Can i file a case against them

Property value less than guuidance value

Namaste sir,

1) I owns a small residential site 1200 sqft at Bangalore north rural limits.
2) The property value fixed by government guidance value is Rs 22,29,600/- ( 22.296 lakhs >>> @ Rs 1858 per square feet ).
3) But present Market value is around Rs 20 lakhs.
4) Incase if i sell for Rs 20 lakhs and receive the amount through Demand draft though Government Guidance value is Rs 22,29,600/-
5) Is it ok

Divorce

gud afternoon,
can we file first complaint against sister-n -law.
Sir can u suggest m a gud advice ..she has already said I will never take any responsibilities of his family as well as urs( brother).. n when we went to pick her on there also she told I will not stay with him and his family n it's only my baby....she said each n everything in ridiculously way in front of her own family as well as our 15-20 members .now she came at home without any information n always create a drama at home ... She opnly said tht I will stay here only spoil your lyf I don't have any mean from my husband or his family n her family is also support her..they talked in abusing language with my brother..please suggest me a better opinion because I want to save my famly .her family also want to get rid.of from her

Land conversion validity and eligibility for govt schemes

Anadheenam Land Converted to Name of "A". Recently.( From Govt.)

Adangal, 1b and E Pattadar Passbook are on her name. She is a Reserved / BC category lady.

"B" Purchased this land from "A" through Regd Sale Deed.

and Get Adangal/1b/Changes on the name of "B".

Is this deal is valid for B? Will he get eligibility for all schemes from Govt( May be Central/ State)

Any problems "B" has to face from from Govt .?

Req you to clarify?

Ulc

I have a house property 250 sq yards in Hyderabad. I purchased this from vendors in 2017. My vendors purchased the property by sale deed in 1992. They had the property assessed in municipal records in 2002 and have municipal house number and they have been paying electricity, water and property tax. I came to know that the property is effected by ULC surplus land. I demolished the old house and began new construction in the site. VRO came to my site and asked me to stop construction. I also have building permission in respect of house property from municipality. I heard that ulc act has been repealed in Telangana. I told the same to VRO but he insists that land is still under ULC. Is the ulc act still valid? Can the VRO stop my construction even though I have building permission? What can be done now? I want to continue my construction but VRO wants me to stop it. He is asking me to get the land regularised and then start construction. Is the regularisation needed?

Process of dividing dc converted land

Hi
I had 11 Gutas (12000 sqf) of agricultural land in my name (in Bhadravati, Karnataka) and I have recently performed the DC conversion of the entire land (as a whole 11 guntas in a single conversion) Now i have the conversion order with me. (Note: i have not applied for Khata or any other formalities yet)

Note: The land has a 60ft main road approach.

My question:
How can I split/ divide this big land into 4 sites (or 4 separate Khatas) so that I can sell this to 4 different people? what is the process?

Regarding change of religion

I was married as per Christian rituals.My husband is converted from hindu to Christianity and is also SC.He forces me and my daughter to change our caste too.They are enjoying dual benefits....benefits of Sc as he is in government job and also as a Christian..How can I prove this in court?I also have filed a petition for dv.Can an individual enjoy benefits of SC and can he force us to change our documents.
