Respected Advocates,
I made my OBC certificate for the first time in 2019. But due to urgency I could not submit my mother's employment certificate (govt aided high school assistant teacher) and obtained the OBC NCL showing only father's income. However, the application form had my mother's occupation details and even with her status/income, my NCL status remains valid. This year, I renewed that certificate for another exam with proper documentation for both parents. But the certificate number of the renewed NCL remains same as the 2019 certificate with just a new date of issue/renewal. I have used this renewed certificate (but bearing the certificate number issued 2019) for an exam and got interview call.
1) Can it lead to cancellation of my appointment in future?
2) In case I get appointment under GENERAL/OPEN merit, can it still lead to cancellation in future?
How many times an Enquiring officer has to issue the summons to the absenting prosecution witnesses in the disciplinary proceedings? Is there any guideline or DOPT order to this effect?

I was posted as a Junior clerk in District Court since 2013. After that I was transferred to Family Court in 2017. There I had passed higher examination in 2018. I got promotion as senior clerk in 2019. After that in 2020 due to abolishment of post I was demoted to junior clerk again. But after 3 months only the post was resumed of senior clerk. But till today I was not resumed as a senior clerk by the authority as they are saying that you are not eligible as you are downgraded in gradation list. So I just want to know that do I lose the position in gradation list due to reversion ?

I purchased a property in Mumbai on 31 December 2020 with an agreement value of 1.7cr. In all I paid approximately 43.75 lakhs till February 2021. TDS @0.75% was approximately 33000. There was a delay in payment of the TDS amount. I got a notification from the Income Tax department u/s 200A for interest on late payment and late filing fee u/s 234E which is approximately 10,000. My Question:
1. Is there a way I can get a waiver of the late fee?
2. Was TDS applicable to me in the first place in FY 2020-2021 (as I understand that TDS is applicable u/s 194-IA only if payment exceeds 50 lakhs in a financial year?
3. What are my options to reverse the late filing fee

Transfer of company rights and other assets
My father was the sole proprietor of a Pest control services company in New Delhi. He is no more now, we want to transfer his company to my name(i am his eldest son). We have running tenders and want to continue the work and in order to take new tenders, e need the proprietorship changed to my name. Can SDM change it? or succession certificate is the only way out? We don't have a lot of time as we want to run the current work and take new ones also.
