Available legal remedies

To whomsoever it may concern,

My wife's father had filed a false case of dowry harassment and miscarriage u/s 498-A,323,504,506,313 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act on me and my family members.
After police investigation sections 313 and 506 I.P.C were dropped in charge sheet filed with trial court. Recently I had moved an discharge application in court requesting the court to discharge me and my family members. Trial Court had rejected my discharge application. I have sufficient grounds to seek discharge from all the charges. So, now I want to challenge trial's court order in Upper Court. What legal remedies are there for me and under what sections of Cr.P.C. Kindly advise

Transfer of property

Warm Greeting,

Facts:
Their is land consisting of 6 partners as tenants-in-common rightful owner, same is recorded in property card also, however among themselves one partner Mr 'X'died (1985) intestate leaving behind three sons & one daughter as legal heir.

Among other 5 partner two of them are the son of Mr 'X'.

Now all of the partners & legal heirs want to sale the land to third party Mr.'Y'. But the property card show the name of Mr X with other 5 partners (2 partners are son of Mr. X).

Question :

1. Whether conveyance deed can be executed between remaining partners and legal heirs as confirming parties as one part & Mr Y as a other Part?

2. Could there be any legal complication if we execute the above said deed by taking legal heirs as confirming parties without put their names on record (property card) and keep it pending for later stage where both the application for entries in property card can be applied simultaneously i.e. 1) entries for legal heir & 2) Mr.y.

Regards,

Change of name of parents in birth certificate issued by corporation

My birth certificate was issued by Trivandrum corporation. Since the hospital is not maintaining any record before 1979 the hospital authorities issue a certificate mentioning the same to be produced before the corporation. Based on that the corporation issued a Birth certificate from its own records made from earlier hospital records. In those records, the extensions of my father's name (kutty)and mother's name (Devi) is missing. What is the procedure to add them and set the records right
Thanks in advance
