Kindly advise me on below queries
A will and nomination was made by Mr.A in favor of B and C in respect of one flat But Mr.B expired before Mr.A and Mr. A also expired without making any other documents
So does the clause of will and nomination made in Favour of Mr. B automatically become invalid or his legal heirs has a right to claim on his behalf ?
Can Mr. C alone Claim the ownership of Such Flat.

Can Experts provide Inputs if opposite party Does Not Mention the Date of Listing - in Notice of Service for Urgent Filing at Delhi High Court, and
then quite shrewedly gets the matter listed almost after a gap of 10days from the Date of Service . Also in the Memo of Parties deliberately and Intentionally Incorrect Address of the Petition Filing the Appeal is mentioned.
and also deliberately and intentionally certain order sheets have also been withheld.
Will at the Outset the above grounds will be reasons enough for the Ld. High Court to dismiss the petition as the petitioner has approached the court with unclean hands.

Under what circumstances and for what
reasons a judge can refuse to hear the
case and recommend for transfer of the
the case to some other bench ? What are
its legal implications ? Who will be more
affected - petitioners or respondents ?
What the petitioners have to do to
handle the unforeseen situation ? What
should be the next course of action on
the part of the advocates representing
the petitioners ?
