hii experts,

i want to change my name as G.O.OBUL PRASANTH KANTH,
brith certicate and communty certicate my name as obul prasad kanth, my name was changed in school as obul prasanth kanth so in driving licences and bank account my name was in obul prasanth kanth so i want change my name tottaly G.O.obul prasanth kanth,

how to change my name sir...?

change of name has to be published in offical gazette and local newspaper
