I would like to know that what is the criteria of exclusion of obc certificate due to creamy layer to a candidate. What is the meaning of Annual Income. and whose annual income is included in it. If the candidate women and is married then is her husband's annual income is included or not.

If i approach a Marriage Registrar in my locality in Kolkata, what will be the steps for him to issue us a marriage certificate.
1) How much time it will take ?
2) How much fees it will require ?
3) What is the procedure of a Marriage Registrar for issue marriage certificate to the applicant ?

my mother own a plot in home town and wants that to go all her three daughters equally.what is the best way to do this
1) whether she can make a will accordingly
if yes what the beneficiaries have to do to get the property transferred in their names
2)can she give make a gift deed nowitself
if yes
a) where the gift deed to be executed as my mother stays with me is a different state
b) since one of the sister is settled abroad can the gift deed be executed without her presence eventhough her name is shown
c)can my mother make a GPA in two sisters name who are in india to mange the property till her death
if yes where the GPA has to be executed (place or state where the property is situated or can it be done at any place (in india).

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased flat at bhayander mumbai.I m the 5th the woner of the flat.In this chain of agreement 1st and 3rd agreement was not registerd. the first sale agreement made in 1991 and and 3rd made in 1999.Now i want bank loan hence bankers say they want registered agreement.so plz suggest me how can i do this? plz say the procedure and if not possible then say another way to solve my problem.

SIR I AM HAVING AN 100% EOU GRANITE MINING UNIT UNIT SINCE 2008. I USED OLD MACHINERY FOR THE GRANITE DIMENSIONAL BLOCKS PRODUCTION. IN THE FINANCIAL YEAR 1.4.201-31.3.2011. I AVAIL IT EXEMPTION UNDER 10 B. NOW MY INCOME TAX OFFICER SAYS MY CLAIN IS INVALID IN 2 REASONS. 1. MINING WILL NOT A MANUFACTURING WORK. 2 USING OLD MACHINERY IS NOT PERMISSIBLE TO CLAIM IT UNDER 10 B OF INCOME TAX ACT. PLS GUIDE ME.

My father's brother had gifted through a registered gift deed, his total undivided share in a property to my father in august 2013. The property was in possession of my father since 1992. We recently came to know that he had made a notarized GPA to a builder for the same in June 2011. The builder has
GPA,
Agreement to sell,
Affidavit,
Receipt,
Possession letter,
Will,
All notarized and All signed by my uncle.
Now the builder is threatening us.
What should be our course of action?
