Registration of chain of documents

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased flat at bhayander mumbai.I m the 5th the woner of the flat.In this chain of agreement 1st and 3rd agreement was not registerd. the first sale agreement made in 1991 and and 3rd made in 1999.Now i want bank loan hence bankers say they want registered agreement.so plz suggest me how can i do this? plz say the procedure and if not possible then say another way to solve my problem.

according to you the first agreement made in 1991 and third agreement made in 1999 is not registered .
under registration act agreement has to be registered within period of 4 months. with penalty another 4 months is provided .
after 20 years you cant register this document .

Bank does not provide Housing Loan without clear title and chain of documents for the last 30 years or less period as acceptable to the Bank.
Missing of registered chain documents are not clear marketable title clearance.
Explore other possibility for taking the loan.
