I have superannuated from a public limited company based at New Delhi. The company a deducted an income tax of Rs. 3,18,998 from my salary and partly deposited with the IT Department. Therefore they have not issued any Form 16 for the previous financial year 2012-13. Similarly they have not yet paid my dues towards Full & Final settlement. What should I do?
I solicit your expert advice on this.

Hi Experts,
I tell everything true here.My wife has studied 2nd year b.pharmacy in one pharmacy college(not good to mention names). she has been in management quota, which happened before my marriage.Basically I do not like the way they do business over students, as there are no proper classes engagement.Her parents said they can not pay money. I do not like to pay also, as college may ruin my wife career. I want to get the return of the certificates without fee of the remainaing years(they are asking us to pay all 4 years money).
I do not need them to give certificates back now itself. I can wait for the remaining 2 years as their is no urgency. But i want my wife to study under me of any arts subject in future as i have good knowledge on studies.as soon as the 4 years are over, it should be as early as possible i should get my wife certificates, as law may take more time in case if i am not mistaken.if certicates can be come back before time without paying money and before 4 years also i will be happy.please suggest some solution.
OR should i pay whole 4 years money irrespective of time?

Dear Sir
Please clarify the following;
1. Whether builder can allot stilt parking directly to second purchaser?
2. Whether a resident who has given his flat on lease can participate in a Special General Body meeting and vote?
3. Whether resignations of MC committee including Chairman, Secretaryy, Treasurer should be sent to the Registrar for further action or has to be submitted the remaining member [ one].
4. Whether second purchaser of a flat is eligible for stilt parking?
5. any allotment letter said to be part of original agreement should be registered or not?
6. Whether any resolutions in contravention of bye law passed by General Body is valid since the bye law says the GB can frame parking laws and the GB passes a resolution stating that tenants are not eligible for parking but tenants of owners of stilt parking is eligible for stilt parking.
As these information is important for my society to file a case in Co operative court, I require these clarifications.
Yours sincerely
V Srinivasan
