Copy of the said Judgments is not available of the NIC website http://judis.nic.in/.However as per the NIC website the said case was disposed on 11-09-1995

I’m willing to pay all the applicable fees; if someone can arrange to get me a copy of the said judgement.

Share in the ancesstral property

(1) Property owned by Late grand father who died after making unregistered will distributing the property among all unmarried grand children including female grand children besides his surviving wife, son and daughter in law was sold by male grand sons after the demise of grand mother, parents and distributed the sale proceeds among themselves by totally neglecting the now married grand daughters. While the grand father died in the year 1974, father and mother died around the year 1995 and all the grand daughters were married prior to 1990. Now whether th4e grand daught4ers can initiate legal action to claim their share. If so against whom and whether Civil and or Criminal prosecutions or both.

(2) Similarly with regard to father`s property who died intestate whether daughter`s who were married prior to 1990 could claim. If so what type of action and against whom.

Kindly help

Malicious prosecution

what should be the jurisdiction of malicious prosecution ?

as per section 19 of cpc suits for compensation for wrongs to person or movables- where a suit is for compensation for wrong done within the local limits of the jurisdiction of one court and the defendant resides or carries on business or personally works for gain suit may be instituted at the option of the plaintiff in either of the said courts ...

but my query is that whether the suit can be instituted at the jurisdiction of the court where plaintiff resides...?

498a compromised

wife compromised 498a. But habitual complainer against husband since several years for small or big issues.

At this time seems to be peaceful.

Moving to USA, does wife has any provision of charging again another 498a in USA for whatsoever reasons that she might think like in the past?
