Ceratin peronsla things has been mentioned in the Counter reply which is beyond the scope of the police /State to made submission before the courts..Is this correct that Complainant can draft the reply for the police ? Is there any remedy there as police totally lined up with the complainant??

Pay fixation after technical resignation

I have joined as Inspector of Central Excise on 19.03.2010 in GP of 4600 in pay scale 9300-34800 after technical resignation from post of Sub Inspector, CISF. I have joined CISF on 08.11.2003 in GP 4200. I was drawing basic pay 12800+4200. On joining the post of Inspector of Central Excise, I was fixed at 12800+4600. I got one increment in July, 2010. Am I entitled for two increment in July, 2010 (one regular and other assumption of duty with higher responsibility) as my pay needs to be fixed as if one get promotion to higher post? Please quote relevant rule.

Adding co borrower to sale deed for home loan tax exemption

Hi Sir,
Me and My brother applied for a joint home loan from LIC Housing Finance.

But on Sale deed we made our parents as the owners of the property and our names are not present in sale deed.

Now when I submitted home loan docs for IT exemption, our finance team rejected saying that borrower name should be mentioned in sale deed.

I am struck with no options as main reason for home loan is to avail income tax exemption.

Could you please help us in solving this issue.

(Our property is in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.)
