Complainant is drafting the replies for the police

Sir, I filed the quashing of chargesheet filed under section 498-A for my family before High Court and state file the reply ..From the contents of the reply its very shcoking that complainant(FIL) has been drafting the replies for the state

Ceratin peronsla things has been mentioned in the Counter reply which is beyond the scope of the police /State to made submission before the courts..Is this correct that Complainant can draft the reply for the police ? Is there any remedy there as police totally lined up with the complainant??

complainant does not draft reply for the state .if there is collusion between cops and complainant draw attention of the court to said fact .you better argue case on merits for quashing of charge sheet .

Agree, police can gather information from any source. You should argue the case on merit and can also bring the fact of collusion before the court.

Thanam will do so..But I am saying how the police is colluded with complainant in small remote areas..
