Dear Sir,
I have second floor in tilak nagar, new delhi with roof rights and the house was constructed 11 years back without parking since at that time,no such law was prevalent that parking is mandatory for building plan sanction.
Now,I want to construct 3rd floor but owner of ground and first floor are saying that they will complain to mcd that building will fell down and will not allow construction because of jealousy.
Pl. suggest what can I do in this case as I have checked with builder who constructed this building and he is saying there is no need to worry as foundation is very strong supported by many pillars till second floor, also I have heard that as per rules,it is not mandatory for me to take NOC of other owners.
Last point, since majority of buildings in delhi are old and does not have building plan sanctioned, how can we go ahead as I have heard MCD is sanctioning only those plans which are having parking then what about our case where building was constructed before enactment of this law,is there any exception given by govt.

My colleague is working as an associate professor in an unaided college.University grievance redressal committee has made decision in his favour that he is eligible for all service benefits and pay as per the govt rules and norms.but joint director has refused to attest his service book mentioning that he is an employee of unaided institution so he cant get all benefits as the other employees on grant in aid colleges. is there any G.R mentioning any discrimination between aided and unaided employees ? please suggest and guide what he should do now and is the stand of Joint director is right ? if yes on what basis please provide a link of G.R or order judgement.

whether under section 143 UP ZA & LR Act
land use conversion is mandatory
A Treasury Department FOOLED the Applicant and the Information Commission by giving false information in response to a Order in Appeal was passed by the Information Commission in the year 2007.
The Appellant not satisfied with the Treasury Department information filed a Civil Suit in trial court on the same subject against the Treasury Department. The Suit was for recovery of some revenue.
The Treasury Department once again submitted the same false information in its counter affidavit in a Call for Records / Documents Petition in the course of trial in the suit.
The Appellant / Plaintiff in the year 2012 managed to get the correct information from the Auditor General of India and other relevant information from the Treasury Code.
The Treasury Department has come to know that the Appellant has gathered all relevant evidence against them and deliberately delaying the proceedings in the suit on some pretext or other.
Now (year 2013) my query is can the Appellant / Plaintiff bring to the Notice of the Information Commission the wrong doings of the Treasury Department and make the Information Commission pass order to the Treasury Department to furnish Correct factual Information during the pendency of civil proceedings ?
How will the Information Commission be helpful at this stage ?
Thanks in advance

I have few questions about buying a property, I have recently seen some docs related to a property i.e RTC and EC.
My question is when there is a change of ownership shown in EC whereas the same owner shown in RTC for a property, now which one should we consider it as correct?
Another question at village level when there is no conversion when a buyer buys from a seller, which is a partial (not full) of his/her property, then the Katha / RTC would show the seller as owner and not the buyer. But, as it was registered with the registrar the EC would show the buyer as the new owner. Then who is the legal owner So, as per documents what should be the procedure to have the same owner name shown in both the places ?
Appreciate your valuable answers in this regard. Thanks
