Child care leave

Dear Sir,

My wife is regular teacher in Government school at Uttaranchal for last seven years. She has recently applied for Child Care Leaves for 20 days due to illness of 4 years old daughter (single child). The sanctioning authority has refused to sanction it citing reasons that there is orders from authority not to give CCL due to panchayati elections in March though he has no GO for the same.
My wife has asked the sanctioning authority to send the application back with reason for not sanctioning it.

Please suggest:
1. I want to make BO understand what is the meaning of a problem as he is a difficult person & exploit the situations. What are the steps which will help me to put BO in problem !!

2. Shall I put RTI asking for CCL sanctioned in Jan'14 & Feb'14 & send legal notice??

Please suggest the suitable way.

Thanks & regards,

Pankaj Gupta

Inheritance under hindu succession act

I am a hindu married and have one minor son aged 12 years. My wife is working and getting sufficient independent income to sustain herself throughout her life. She is not contributing a single rupee towrads the household expenses and education of my son.

I am aged 41 years and lately not keeping well/sufffering from some serious disease.

I own moveable/immovable properties worth about 80 lacs.

I wish to ensure that after my demise, my entire assets built by me through my own efforts should go to my son and NOT my wife.

Kindly guide me as to what should I do.

Thanks

Income tax - home loan top up

I have transferred a home loan from A-bank to B-bank. Further I have taken a top-up loan against this from B-bank to meet my expenses towards renovation etc of the same property. (Self coocupied propery)

Now the issue is

Bank is issuing income tax certificate for main loan only and not against top-up loan. They clarified that since the main loan is covered under tax rebate, we are unable to issue IT certificate for top-up loan.

Kindly look into this and advise whether the loss from house property can be claimed against Top-up loan also

says that only
