My company has taken a loan from a bank; with another bank acting as a secured trustee for the said disbursed loan.
My query is whether a 'charge' was created as soon as the 'facility agreement' was executed and should the same be registered; even when there is an express provision in the facility agreement that 'a charge' would be created after the occurrence of 'event of default'(wherein I would then have to deposit the receipts obtained from my customers to a blocked bank account)? So is it justifiable to wait for the occurrence of 'event of default', if it may occur, to get the charge registered or should the bank register it straightaway?
Also, is there any judgment pertaining the aforesaid point which can further clarify my dilemma?

Despite of having original Birth certificate, if somebody has still created Affidavit certifying Date of Birth, depicting FALSe date of birth therein. Can action against that person be taken as per IPC 191, 196, 198, 199 & 200 as this false date of birth have been used in Passport, studies as well as employment.

My relative has given FALSE complaint against me at police station. He resides in different city and have placed complaint in his city. I have procured copy of complaint. I want to file petition u/s 182 and 211 of IPC. Please let me know that : 1. In which court I should file same 2. Can i file same at court in my city Thanks

My wife filed Crpc 125 on me. Interim maintenance awarded by Hon'ble judge.
Case hasn't reached evidence stage as yet.
I don't have any property in my name and living on rent. I am earning handsome salary but have no savings/house.
Considering my salary, Hon'ble judge can award huge maintenance.
Should I take Home as well as personal loan now. I know after paying home/personal loan, there will be only small amount left me for my survival for next 15-20 years.
Please guide, whether I should take home/personal loan and purchase house. How this property will be assessed in case of Divorce. Will the pending home loan amount will be considered at that time.

Hi,
Iam a widow with 2yrs daughter. My husband expired few months back and iam currenty staying with my parents. After me who will have the legal custody of my daughter. I feel insecure about my daughter's future if anything happens to me. I want my parents/brother/sister to take the custody of my daughter after me. Are they legally accepted for the same. Or anything i need do to make them legally eligible to take my daughter's custody, Since i dont have any trust on my in laws since they are treating me and my daughter very badly after my husband's death. Please advice

FREEHOLD DISASTER
I have applied for free hold in dda and it will take 3 months for the same.
Now i want to sell off my dda flat.i am the poa of the flat and i have purchased this flat
The allottee and gpa and agreement to sell is registered.
Kindly explain how should i sell it as the freehold conversion is pending.??????
