Society matter

One of my friend has a flat but while entering in to an agreement builder has made two agreements in respect of the single flat, now after 8 years society started charging double maintenance in respect of the single flat.
and on all the approved plan it is mentioned 19 tenements according to that it is rights it is a single Flat only.

Now want to file the application before D.R so which section will be applicable.

as client has a single flat only there is no deviation in the said Flat.
and they are receiving the single electricity bill and property tax but society bearers are pupously harrasing them.
Kindly suggest me on the above matter

Divorce situation

If the wife leaves the home without informing husband and his family and starts leaving at her mother's place. Even when the husband goes and brings her back after discussing everything, the girl again run away with 4 months old baby to her mother's house. what should the boy do. the girl wants to live separate from boy's parents..boy went to discuss it and agreed to find a solution but still she ran away..the girl's parents, brother or any family member are not even coming forward to talk, to resolve the issue..girl's brother is already facing divorce case..girl is not even talking..keeping the phone switched off, parents not talking, relatives, uncle, nobody talking to us...shd v file ncr, shd v write letter to girl with registered post to make ground for filing petition on restitution of conjugal rights. whatever we do, may bounce back on us coz all laws in favour of girl..she can reproduce the letter in different meaning and can throw common case of dowry or harrasment which is not true actually..so we will hv to undergo legal procedure although we will be able to prove ourselves innocent..its been 2-3 months..now wht to do...we want the girl and boy to patch up and live peacefully but there is no talk from their side.. so how many times v go and approach them...also, what's the guarantee she will not run again...since v communicated and discussed everything in front of her parents, neghbours..kindly advise...

Challenge "civil death" court declaration

woman was not found for more than 7 years (1986 - 2003)

Based on her sister, husband's statements and news paper publication she was declared as a civil death in 2003 (no FIR filed in police station)

Now in 2013 for property rights her husband says she was living with him upto 2013 and got natural death.

but it's a fake. she was not lived with him after 1986..

as a proof he shows
her name in his ration card
a death certificate from corporation
and his neighbor's as evidence

and denies the statement which he was made in court at 2003

My questions are
1. between court declaration and death certificate which one will taken as true?

2. whether above evidences are enough to set void the civil death declaration?

3. how to prove he is lying

Maharashtra rent control act 1999

Feb. 19, 2014

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Last year my Uncle at age 91 made his first Will. In my Uncle's Will he has stated his desire to bequeath his tenancy in to this three nieces.

However, he would like a second opinion and a clarification, as to whether the 1999 Rent Control Act pertains ONLY to the tenants right to SELL said tenancy during his lifetime, or does it ALSO cover GIFTING his tenancy after his death. (If tenancy is Sold what is the ratio to tenant vs Landlord?)

I am only in India for the next week, so a prompt reply would be appreciated.
