One of my friend has a flat but while entering in to an agreement builder has made two agreements in respect of the single flat, now after 8 years society started charging double maintenance in respect of the single flat.
and on all the approved plan it is mentioned 19 tenements according to that it is rights it is a single Flat only.

Now want to file the application before D.R so which section will be applicable.

as client has a single flat only there is no deviation in the said Flat.
and they are receiving the single electricity bill and property tax but society bearers are pupously harrasing them.
Kindly suggest me on the above matter

Contact a local lawyer and show him all the papers.

Yes consult a local lawyer and first issue a legal notice by furnishing the details and demanding the society to stop demanding the extra maintenance cost.
