My father has a prestigious house. he refuse to share the property with me and my sister. Does my 3 months old son has rights to claim the property? if so, when and how ? My sister is married and well settled and having twin daughters. looking forward for your kind advise.

I have worked in a teaching institution for 11 years. I resigned in April 2013. My employer is not paying gratuity at one go. he is ready to pay gratuity in five yearly instalments. can I ask for gratuity at one go.

Dear All,
We are aware that jewellery shops bill us making charges for any gold ornaments we buy. This is quite justifiable since the ornaments are made from pure gold and it is fair to pay the labour as making charges.
There is another component called Wastage billed to the customers which normally ranges from 6% to 18%. How there could be wastage to this extent? do the jewellers indirectly accept that the gold smiths are not competent enough to make the ornaments with out wastage.
Where this wastage gold goes? the gold scraps should also be given to the customers in any form (particles, burr) since we pay for the wastage. Is this the real % of waste during recycling?
Kindly take this piece to concern boards, and these merchants should be fixed with ceilings of wastage or no wastage charges.
This is the place where the customers are getting exploited by paying 118% for 100%.

i am heaving shop on rent since 34 years. my landlord oppose to change furniture in my rental shop. now he said to increase rent from 300 to 2000 !
he is also not providing me receipt of paid rent ! i have 1 reciept of recieved rent of his father of sep 81 to jan 82
i have electric meter on my father's name, telephone bill on my name and Nagar palika assesment certificate since 1983 !
1,i want to know can he increase rent this much ?
2, what is the rule to increase rent ?

Your Advices & Suggestions required on following matter. Before I waste your precious time by detailing the whole matter, I would like to ask the respected experts that:
CAN A MEMBER OF A FAMILY FILE A CASE OF DEFAMATION AGAINST DAUGHTER-IN-LAW ?
To make it brief: My Sister-in-Law (Devrani) has been maligning my husband's reputation by accusing him of getting physically violent on her. Whereas this is absolutely baseless & false.
She is doing all this to gain sympathy from her family & our relatives as she couldn't adjust to our joint family system, which we had clearly told her (in front of her relatives) before marriage that we stay in a joint family.
A month back, my brother-in-law (Unwillingly) & his wife (my Devrani) separated from our joint family. We somehow convinced my brother-in-law to live separately with her, may be, this can blossom their relationship and can lead a normal married life.
Going through our circumstances minutely, anyone can make out that she has done everything with well planning & calculatively. Her sister in USA is a very well game player behind breaking our joint family. (Yes, we have proof – some SMS conversations between her sister & herself which my brother-in-law coincidentally came across).
To self-support her decision to separate from our joint family, she is taking advantage of my husband’s shouting at her when she was talking rudely in front my father-in-law. My husband had shouted at her to keep herself in control (ALL THIS HAPPENED IN FRONT OF HER RELATIVES), but, like as in our telly serials, she added some garam-masala, saying my husband became physically violent on her (HER RELATIVES HAVE BEEN GENUINE ENOUGH ‘TO NOT HAVE ACCEPTED’ HER ALLEGATIONS). May be, she is doing this to intimidate the thinking process of our family so that we fear from her & we stay away from her and she gets to be free from family responsibilities. And, may be, she is trying to signal us that if we say anything to her, she can be disastrous to our family.
Wishing well for my brother-in-law & his married life, we tried to let go of her allegations, but, she is going all-over-the-town to gain sympathy by accusing my husband wherever she gets an opportunity.
Recently, we came to know of this when one of our reputed distant relative told us about it, and this was really tough to face.

Respected experts this query is relevance to family property distribution suit, which was field on 2009 and as we know court procedure after argument their is judgment but here can judge call to withdraw suit otherwise it will get dismiss is it true? after all procedure done and 5 years ... due to the distribution was not according to law ...

please answere the question relating relating as below:
(1)Delhi high court ordered CBI to investigate factual position concerning societies registered in the office of registrar.
(2)CBI registered 30 cases against person 'X' u/s 120B, 420, 468, 511 r/w 13(1)(d) under PC act and filed chargesheet. All the cases are under trial before different judges of delhi Courts.
(3)allegation by CBI against person 'X' in all 30 cases is same that he attempted to revive a defunct society on the basis of forged minutes of certain meeting.
(4) person 'X' is convicted in 25 cases each for 3 years.
(5)No where , The Honb'le Judges used discretionary powers as per section 427 Crpc and no judge mentions regarding running of conviction concurrent with previous conviction if any, despite requesting the judge for same to run concurently while announcing sentence.
(6) person 'X' is aged about 60 years at the time of pronouncing the sentence.
Question : In this circumstance will the conviction run one by one, if so the person 'x' will be supposed to come out of jail in 90 years, which is not practical and justiifiable as per right to life, because this situation will take his life.
If the conviction of all 25 cases will run concurrently, the person 'X' will come out of the jail in 3 years.
kindly educate me which situation will prevail.
What relief can be expected, if the same situatuation is adressed before honble judges of trial court, high courts or supreme as per law of land to render justice ?

If a hindu wife has been tourchered and harass by her husband and other inlaws, and having two children a girl aged 5 years and a boy aged 3.5 years. what is the legality if there are legal fight starts between them. My main question is that who is the custodian of children, as husband is not earning and only wife is doing a job. what action can be taken by the husband for child custody, what laws says. And what are the latest judgements about child custody.
Kindly advise, its urgent.

From I passed LL.B I m working as software engineer in three companies. I was not interested in this stream and presently I didn't but my main concern with my ability. If I am good in computers so why I can't in Low. I have read that there is a entrance exam clearance to get sanad. I want to get brief about this.
