Our Society comes under Vasai Virar Mahanagarpalika - Nallasopara West. Society is not allowing visitor to park vehicle inside, 2 wheeler they are telling them to park outside and then enter into society. we are having lot of open parking. what is government norms for visitor parking and what action we can take.

Hi,
I would like to know what are the consequences if a husband deserts his wife within three weeks of wedlock and for everything his parents are coming forward to answer and not letting him to talk even in counselling he said he dont want to take back since his father had asked him to not to take her back. Since I am also working I'm not bothering about maintenance but what about the hefty wedding done by our parents and cost incurred on in such cases

Whether Supreme Court judgement dated 28.03.2018 on automatic cancellation of Stay Orders are also equally applicable for STATUS QUO cases also.

Hi,
One of my friend take my money and ran away to another state. I have all proofs of payment, borrowed money return statement in written and verbal. I already have all emails in which he promised me to return my money. If anyone help me will offer 10% straight forward from my money when i get back from that fraudster.

The Name in the documents, like PAN and Aadhar of my spouse since, existing as - ''Sunita Dey'' and ''Sunita Guha'' respectively, I furnished the same alongwith the "Marriage Registration Certificate" with a view for opening Post office Savings Bank A/C. "Sunita Guha (Dey)" has been mentioned as the second A/C holder in the A/C opening form, while accompanying with my name ( Koushik Guha) being the First A/C holder. Although, the said opening form duly filled-in enclosing all the documents needed for but, it was returned back by the postal authority only on the Ground that, - the "Surname" ( i.e. Dey & Guha) in the submitted ID and Address proof are "Mismatching". As far as my knowledge is concerned, Indian, Hindu woman is at liberty to retain her Maiden Surname / use her Married or both the Surnames and she cannot be forced to change surname .
In this regard, your benign self is cordially requested to refer authentic and documentary evidence acceptable in the eye of Rule in Law, in support of using both surnames ( maiden & Married) on production of Marriage Registration Certificate and for this act of kindness I shall remain ever grateful to you.

My FIR was closed by Judicial Magistrate without hearing me. I challenged in High Court & the reopen was allowed by HC. But its almost 1 year, I presented the high court order with reinvestigation petition and 1 year no action taken.
Can I raise contempt of court to the Judicial Magistrate ?or On the JM to High Court?

Wife cheated me and stole Gold from home worth 10 Lac.
Wife Produced Fabricated MLC after 6 days she left home. FIR its help her frame IPC 323 against me. How to Provo that this MLC is fake? What question can be asked what info can be obtain to find out truths.
1. What points should be me mentioned if I File RTI to goverment hospital or police station?
2. RTI should go to hospital or police station just to be sure as Police approved MLC and file 323.

Hi . I need to serve 2mnths notice. But I got offer from other company where they want me to join within 30days. I spoke to my organization that am facing some health issues which are genuine as well. I used health issues to releive from the organisation with in 30days.I even submitted by medical certificates as well. they aren't ready to accept my request.

Corrections in index ii - property in pune m.h.
I recently got the Agreement to Sale registered at Registrar office in Pune. On receipt of Original Agreement, I observed that there are discrepancies in Index II pertaining to area, project name, survey no. and hissa no. Rest of the pages in the agreement/deed are correct.
Builder advised me to get the correction deed administered.
Please advise if I need to hand over the original agreement back to the builder or application for corrections in Index II would suffice.
Request Guidance.
