My son is living in the USA. He executed a power of attorney in 2014 in favor of his close relative to take care/manage his property owned by him in Andhra Pradesh state. Recently he came to know that his property was sold by the Gpa holder in the same year i. without his knowledge. The Gpa holder eighter he informed about the matter or handed over the sale consideration. Now, what is the legal he can take against the Gpa holder?

Partnership deed made in 1992 on rs100 stamp paper

A Partnership Deed was made in 1992 on Rs100 stamp paper where it is said that a building owned by one of the partner should be transferred in the name of both partners. Only 2 partners in the firm.

No cash capital is contributed by either of the partner in the partnership firm. It is not registered with Registrar of Firms.

My question is only about validity of the Partnership Deed since it is executed on Rs.100 stamp paper?

I am not seeking advice about the transfer part of the building.

Ccs pension rules

I was a Central Government servant. I had been convicted in a criminal case. The President has passed an order under Rule 8 read with Rule 9 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 imposing a cut of 40% of my pension for a period of 7 years. In this concern, I have the following query -
1) Whether my Commutation of Pension shall be calculated on my original pension or on the 40% reduced pension?
2) Whether the Dearness Relief be paid on original pension or on the 40% reduced pension?
3) Whether the reduction of 40% be effected on Gratuity also? (The order specifies only pension and not Gratuity).
I shall be much grateful for your valuable replies.
Thank you to all Learned Experts in advance.

Notice u/s 41(a) crpc

On 20th May A received phone call from Police Station that there is a case filed against him. It was informed that A was sending some anonymous letter to someone and because of that B was put to inconvenience. B gave a complaint and accordingly Police Station SI investigated and found prima facie evidence and with that he called A. A did not respond as he was suffering from corona and admitted in hospital. On 27th A was discharged from hospital. On 28th May SI and constable came to the house of A and without any warrant they searched the computer and almirahs in the house of A for the evidence. no evidence was found in the house of A. they told A to come to the Police Station and take Notice U/s 41(A) CrPC. Because of corona A expressed his inability to come outside as doctor advised him to be at home for 2 months as he is a senior citizen. On 4.6.2021 constable came to the house of A and served Notice U/s 41(A) CrPC and got 2 copies signed by A and took them.
1. A is confident that he did not do this and B put a false complaint and allegation using his influence.
2. Police did not get any evidence at A's house and nothing was seized from A's house.
3. It was supposed to be an anonymous letter addressed to someone against B and B was said to be harassed by them.
4. Is it necessary that A has to give reply for the Notice U/s 41(A) CrPC which was served on him on 4.6.2021 ?
5. On 25th A received a call from SI that he convinced B to compromise and if A comes to Police Station he will send both A and B to Lok Adalat for compromise. A refused to the proposal of SI since he did not conduct the crime though SI says that he is having prima facie evidence.
Experts are humbly requested to advise on the above case and give your valuable opinion.

Infringements of rights

Dear Experts,

Recently I have been staying in apartment where due to covid 19 , secretaries are coming with illegal laws  without circular and without any society being registered. One of instance where secretary didn't allow relatives or anyone inside the premises and this all they are doing without any circular. They have kept a bunch of security guard who are acting as securities for these so called secretary.

Another instance where they are not giving proper allocation of parking .

And another instances where they are not allowing essentials like medicine , food and groceries to be delivered  to the tenants rather they are forcing people without any circular to pick this outside. They are not providing any circulars with signature or society number.

I feel this are against the rules which government has set and i feel this are infringement of human rights.

Please enlighten as to where we can complain this . and what actions can be taken against this. Â
