Land and building acquired under nhai act

Sir,

The lawyers I met stated that, the award of compensation amount for the land and building acquired by NHAI under NHAI act can not be challenged under section 18 of land acquisition act for enhancement. Going to court of law is possible only after arbitration process. Hence, they suggested me to accept compensation under protest.
Where as in this forum, I have been suggested not to accept compensation under protest also and also I have been suggested to appeal in District court for enhancement under land acquisition act.
The compensation offered is one fifth of the present sub register value. Compared to market value, it is abnormally low.
It has become very difficult for me to take any decisions. Please, suggest me what should I do.

Wife want to convert her case of section 12 field after 4 years of marriage to section 13a

My Wife Filed the Section 12 case after 4 years of marriage and now want to convert her case to Section 13 A, as I submitted for Case dismissal. IS it possible?

Is there a way this Section 12 Case will be converted to Divorce case? do we have any judgments? As Section 12 can not be maintainable after 5 years of marriage, What Stand shall I take for not allowing this transfer of Case from Section 12 to 13A.

Part registration but complete possession .

sir,
i have sold a flat(2 rooms on lower floor +pent house)with registration of only lower floor apartment but not penthouse in 2008.
that seller has sold the same portion(which he got through registered Sale deed) to another party in 2011.
that party has occupied it fully (beacause the two units are internally connected through a staircase) but yet a room and terrace(penthouse) are unregistered nor there is any such exchange of Agreement.ie.in terms of paper this portion belongs to me.
1.What can i do to ensure that either that person vacates that portion or else get it registered from me at the earliest.
