Let me know how to create a society of 7-10 members? It is not a Co-op Housing Society. We jointly want to purchase some plots for investment.

It is called partnership firm, not society. Meet an advocate for this.

Yes, it will not be a cooperative or any other form of society, it is a partnership firm dealing with real estate business. Better consult a local advocate to draft a partnership deed accordingly.
