Misplaced indira vikas patra

I was gifted a Indira Vikas Patra on 22nd July 1991 having a maturity value of Rs 5000.
The maturity date was 22nd July 1996.

The post office which issued it is Khedipura Harda which is at least 1600 kms from my current home.

Last year during house changing I have lost the original certificate, and now only
have a photocopy of the IVP with me.

How can I claim/get the maturity proceeds from this Indira Vikas Patra.
Thanks
Sanjeev

How to recover salary, service amount & other outstanding from ex-employer?

I have worked in a software firm which is a Private Limited Company for 27 long years. Since last many years I was getting part salary only. Since Nov.'13 I have left the company and serving in another firm. My total outstanding is Aprox. 22Lacs. (Salary O/S. Rs.6Lacs, Service Amt. Rs.8Lacs, PF Adj. Amt. Rs.5Lacs and Overdue charges committed by company Rs.4 Lacs). The company has no assets or resources except 2 products' software source code which is hard to sell. There is a house in the director's wife name who is also a director in this company. But there is a I.Tax attachment notice on the house from some other matter.

There is one more partner (50% stakeholder) of this company is a owner of another company which is running successfully. This partner has personal assets too. But he become partner in between i.e. 4 years back.

Now I am communicating with both of them but I am not getting any commitment or assurance from anybody. I am helpless and my whole life's savings are hanging in the employer's mercy. Except this money matter my relationship with my employer is very good and cordial.

I have my daughter's marriage and son's higher education ahead (in 3 months time) and have no savings with me.

Can anyone suggest me the correct legal advice. Is it possible to get legal remedy for my problem. If possible how to recover money. Is there a law which attaches the personal assets of the director to pay employee's salary & service amt. outstanding. How long it will take to complete the case. In PF, the company has deducted but didn't deposited the amount for last year and given assurance that it will pay back as per PF calculation with other benefits when I leave. How to handle this problem. In which court these cases will fall? Is it possible to approach consumer forum or other authority which does remedial action speedily. Please advise me. Thanks.

Cra

I m amit from bombay. I filed a pvt complain againt the Accused in my area police station in the year 2011. The police faied to file FIR againdt the Accused .so I approached the Lt. metropolitan court . but the court after months failed to file the FIR Against the Accused because the police submitted the false report. so I challenge the order of the metropolitan crt in the sessions crt. were it was agains dismissed. The sessions crt did nothing and simply passed the order in favour of the Accused. now in the mean time I had filed 10 criminal WP in the Bombay high crt from the yr 2009 to 2014. which all were dismissed. and 2 criminal appl. under section 482 for direction to the cr to direct the pllice to immidiately file an FIR. in which one was directed to the sessions crt to expediously dismmised the case. now the last Cri. WP was dismmised in 10/3/14. so now I am filing CRA in the bombay high crt against the metropolitan crt order which was earlier dismmied before the sessions crt case was dismmised. so I want to ask u that should I challenge the sessions crt order in the bombay high or should challenge the metropolitan crt order.

Fixed court fee for getting the succession certificate

Dear Experts,

I knew lot more things about Succession certificate from this club, but i have one doubt , like for getting the succession certificate from District Court for operation of the Bank A/C attached Locker whose value is unknown at the time of filing petition, Then what court fee we should submit along with petition in view of the value of the Locker is not known which will be only disclosed during the trial when Local Commissioner will be appointed for assessing the value for getting the Succession certificate.

Hence what amount of court fee we should submit at the time of filing of petition

Rti act

A Public Information Officer (PIO) of a Government Department has deliberately furnished false information in response to an RTI Application.

False information is established by facts from other Central Government Department.

My query is do we have to go for Ist Appeal to the Appellate Authority for correct information as prescribed under RTI Act
OR

Can we directly file a Written complaint against the PIO with the concerned Information Commission for giving false information at the very first instance?

Thanks in advance
