Fixed court fee for getting the succession certificate

Dear Experts,
I knew lot more things about Succession certificate from this club, but i have one doubt , like for getting the succession certificate from District Court for operation of the Bank A/C attached Locker whose value is unknown at the time of filing petition, Then what court fee we should submit along with petition in view of the value of the Locker is not known which will be only disclosed during the trial when Local Commissioner will be appointed for assessing the value for getting the Succession certificate.
Hence what amount of court fee we should submit at the time of filing of petition

For time being locker can be valued tentatively with statement that true valuation would be possible only through court commissioner.
One thing more,just now on presentation date of petition court fees is paid on petition only. And court fees for grant of succession would be asked to be deposited only after the court decides to grant the certificate.

Court fees on petition means Court fee is applicable on any application like Rs.10(As per old court fee act) and/or Rs.250 as per New Delhi court fee act.
Hope my understanding is correct

Articles in Bank lockers are not covered under succession certificate in normal course.
For articles in locker, the Bank may be approached to open the locker in the presence of Bank officers, legal heirs, if possible court commissioner (or independent witness preferably government officer) and prepare three copies of contents of locker and got signed by all who were present. The locker would be locked and sealed in presence of all after preparing inventory. One copy of inventory would be placed in sealed locker.
On the basis of this inventory, succession certificate can be got issued from competent court.
