Dear Sir,
Recently my Daughter got admission in KVS,AFS GURGAON, I attach my all document along with my daughter DOB,MY OBC certificate, but now they are saying that they need my daughter name of OBC certificate. And when we went to consent department they saying its not applicable for children of 1 class they saying the parent certificate is sufficient only after 10th class they will give certificate. So please guide me how to get this certificate for my daughter. So that she don't get her name cut from the school list, i need your help please look into the matter.

I had car with me with ICICI Lombard Car Policy and placed at the bank's disposal in Oct 2013. along with mandatory documents including transfer of ownership form to this bank. I had also received sale proceeds from bank. Subsequently the bank issued another policy to the new customer/policy holder in Feb 2014 and I received e challan from traffic police stating that some traffic has been violated by the present owner of the vehicle. As on date of offence, my old policy is not in force. However, I have transmitted this notice to the bank requesting them to send it to the present owner. Issue is under examination by bank.
Kindly indicate whether the bank can issue another policy on the same vehicle without effecting transfer of ownership of the vehicle in favour of new owner. While presenting papers, Is this Policy valid one .I have already furnished all the information in all the columns

Kindly tell me that Arms (With proper Licence) will be hold at the time of code of Conduct, like before MPs & MLAs election. If it can be hold or not to be deposited, then tell me the section, sub-section or judgement order regarding this.

my lawyer filed a petition regarding return of documents by submitting registerd certified documents by the court but court rejected and also in this case D1 and D3 are exparted finally my lawyer filed a petition like we are not press the suite now and we reserve our right to file a new suite at proper time and asked for the return of documents and take action on members exparted but the judge not accepted to return my documents please help me in this issue

What should be the role of police and how will they interrogate to me ?/
Dear Sir,
Two years back i took amount of rs 3.5 lacs from one of my friends for doing business and decided to pay him share of profit as consideration instead of any interest for which he gets agreed, in start as i started refunding the same to him and refunded around 1 lacs in first two months but because of some business problem i need to disconnect my business and i was just bank krupt at that time i had informed him that i will pay him whole sum with appropriate consideration.
As i was in depression and in big loss, fortunetly i got a good job opportunity from abrod with good salary and i accepted that and went there.
within next three months i had paid more 50000 to him.
But later on he informed me that he had diverted the whole amount which i had paid to me in interest. when i was out of idia he forcefully taken something in writing from my perents and as my perents were not so much litrate they gave the same without informing me with a good concent.
since earlier i was in business i need to issue cheques, i use to keep signed and crossed, and as the investor use to come to my office he took some cheques which i unable to come to know. when i come to know that the cheques are misplaced i had put stop payment requests with bank but didnt file any complaint with police.
Now he is trying to take the advantage of the cheque.
He has now put around 600000 amount on the cheque and deposited in bank but due to stop payment it get returned but instade of the same he deposied the cheques thries.
when he had deposied the first time i had filed a compliant with police stating all the above facts and they called the other parties.
I dont want any quarrel and litigation and ready to pay the amount also as i had taken it but appropriate amount.
My Queries are .
1. Can he file complaint against me under sec 138, 420 ??
2. What is the procedure with police station and courts ??
3. What are the leagal remedies available to me ??
4. Can police file complaint like "Cross Complaint"
5. Are police going to arrest me, i am afriad becouse he have a good friends with police and due to loss in business i had lost my goodwill.

dear sir am working railways on 10.3.2014 my personnal branch issued on letter to pay outstanding income tax Rs 9262/- for the year 2013-2014 in precribed IT challan.the TAN of Sr.DFM,BLRS14403E should invariably be quoted in challan along with your pan.
here am in confusion which Form i have to fill 280 or 281 please confirm

We have sent advocate notice to client. Inadvertently notice is sent in name of other company. e.g. client having liability against XYZ while notice sent in name of ABC. Notice sent in Jan'14 and till date client has not revert.
What would be consequences of such wrong notice? - Please advise
