i have purchased cidco approved flat 7years before and now i want to take loan for purchasing one more flat in loadbearing.can i get loan on my 7years cidco approved flat.means can i keep my flat as security or guarantee.

My close relative had given her flat on leave and license for a period of 22 months. The license will expire in June 2014.
The relative had duly nominated her two sons, to the flat, in the housing society. However, she suddenly expired in March 2014.
Can the two nominees now renew the leave and license agreement after the current lease expires?
The transfer of ownership of the flat to the two sons by the society can take a long time. Hence, in the meantime, can the two sons (as nominees) renew the leave and license agreement? Kindly advise.

I , have send a mail,to District Election Officer through which I have requested to exempt me from Election duty,as i am a disabled man, but , by not getting any reply I personally went to District Election office(pp section) on 20/03/2014, to submit my prayer(submitted through BM, SBI-Uluberia), but I was unable to get a receipt copy against the said application from the PP section. My BM has send a registered letter to DEO- howrah by requesting to exempt me from election duty. But till to date no reply from Election office. Tomorrow 23 March i am ordered to go for training for polling officer. No reply has come against my email ,to DEO- howrah. In between i send a email request for cancelling my duty, to Election commission of India. The reply came from them within 02 days.The commission said that for cancelling my duty i should contact to DEO-Howrah. But no reply from the Howrah District Election Officer. I am unable to do the Election duty due to my Spinal Chord Damage(Disability-50%). I will not join the training as well as Election duty. Please suggest me, sir.

i m aaryan,nd i have two child,bt i dnt want to live with my wife bcz she everytime doing fighting, not caring me n my family, she never talk with me.bt she is not ready to give me divoce.So at this situation can i file divorce case and wedding with sumone else?
