Succession certificate procedure and court fee

Dear All,

I need to find out how is the stamp duty payable to get the succession certificate. As the amount involved is over 30lacs,and also I need the fee mode..

if you looking for , how much stamp is liable to be paid then it differs from state to state and it is academic enquiry.
If you ask how to pay then it submitted that it not necessary to pay promptly at the time of filing the suit for the grant of succession certificate and it can be paid at the time of order according to share granted to you.
