Making a trust for someone over 18 yrs

Hi there

My father has2 sons from prevoius marriage but he has divorced this women. The 2 sons have shown dishonest and shown that the can not be trusted under the guidance of there mother (my father's exwife).

My fathers wishes to Bequest them there share of inheritence only when they get married and have settled with children or if and when there mother passes away.

Can my father make a trust to this effect even though the 2 boys are both over 18 a d classed as adults?

It is also important to take into account the the elder of the 2 boys who is now 23 years has been invovled in fraud activity and the police have issued a FIR for his criminal acitivity.

Is FIR a warrent for arrest

Hi there

My brother has been invovled in fraud and a FIR has been issued for fraud and under the penal codes 420, 467 and 468 it was issued. He ran of to anoher country and has been there almost 7 months and now is going to return as his visa runs out for that country.

Does the FIR issued allow the police to arrest him as soom as he arives at the airport, or does the police need to get a court order first allowing the police to arrest him?

What is the true meaning of the FIR and exactly what powers does it have?

Domestic violence act

Domestic violence act has two provisions for procedure.

section 28 says CRPC is applicable while section 29 talks about appeal.

If CRPC is followed than there will be revision and limitation is ninety days and if section 29 is followed than limitation is thirty days.

Now our problem is that a revision is filed against procedural order of DV ACT case, can it be converted to appeal u/s 29 if otherwise within limitation., if there is objection by other side.

What procedure should be followed.
