Hi,
An small ITES company in Pune wants to start a 2nd shift / 3rd shift operations. It is registered under the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act. What permissions are needed and what is the process to be followed? What are the mandatory compliances?
Also - it is located in an SEZ. Are there any aspects to keep in mind considering this?
Will appreciate any inputs / information on this. Many thanks.

Dear Sirs,
Limitation as per section 468 A, B, C read with section 472 etc.
We understand the limitation for taking cognizance under 468 Crpc
468(A)6 Months if offence is punishable with fine only
468(b) one year if offence is punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year
468(c) three year if offence is punishable with imprisonment for a term exceeding one year but not exceeding 3 years
But, is there any limitation for taking cognizance ffence is punishable with imprisonment for a term exceeding three year ???.
Like 468 IPC - s punishable with imprisonment of 7 years
What would be the limitation of taking cognizance if complain was given to the police 6 months back under 463IPC+468 IPC However, Police has not taken cognizance till date.
Also advise the effect in view of the latest judgment rendered by Hon'Ble Supreme Court in Latika Kumari Vs Govt of U.O. in CRL M.O. NO. 5029 of 2014 ( WP CRL No 68 of 2008)
Please suggest with your expert view

A is a retired person, who is providing advisory services to a company with the designation "ADVISOR". The company pays him a fixed amount every month but he is not on the roll of the Company.
At the end of the year, the company issues him Form 16 under Income Tax Act. The advisor contends that Form 16 is applicable for employees and not for advisors.
Is Advisor right? If so, which form should be issued to him by the Company in place of Form 16.
Sir.
I have married a girl against the wishes of her parents as the marriage is inter caste. They have prepared a false nikahnamma after six months of our nikahh and now have filled a case u/s 494(Bigamy). We have applied to the Judicial Magistrate First Class to declare their so called Nikah Namma as Null & Void and the same has been decalred null & void after taking the statement of my wife and also pursuing their so called nikkah as they have written on so called nikkah that the marriage is solemnized on 21-10-2013 showing the day as Sunday whereas on that date the day was Monday. Hence the so called Nikkah Namma was declared as null & void by the Magistrate. Please advice what shall i do for the case U/s 494 (Bigamy)
