It appears that 498A case has been regsitered against you.
DO not appear before the Police at all. The Howrah Police Commissionerate is notorious to nab gullible husbands when they appear for investigation.
However there is nothing to worry.
Do apply for anticipatory bail.
Once it is done everything will fall in place.
You need not come to apply for AB.

Just to inform you that, my wife is Law graduate and she has friend circle who are giving legal gudance to nab me.

And my first AB pretition was rejected by female judge, and now police searching me me even they went to my delhi residance.

when I consulated another lawyer at Delhi, He said that your previous lawyer did mistakes, he didn't justify well in the AB pretition. that way judge rejected the bail application.

I'm not able to understand, what i'm going to do now.

Please advice the future course of action.

If your order of rejection of AB was passed by Howrah District Court, then you still have another chance from high court.
The current Bench of Calcutta HC dealing ABs is quite liberal.
Santosh Patra (Querist) 27 March 2014
but my previous lawyer direcly applied in High court, where AB is rejected.

after rejection, he never informed me, when I called him, than he told me that Bail is rejected.

After that I asked all the case related documents from him, which he took nearly 8 days to provide the same.

After that, Police came to Delhi.

Ok, then without seeing the charges and FIR no proper line of action could be given.
Who was your lawyer in HC?
Santosh Patra (Querist) 27 March 2014
Previously Mr. Ariff Rehaman, Now I have changed it to Mr. Somnath Mukherjee.

if you wish, I can send you the entire case related document over email.
