HI All,
Does private engineering colleges fall under RTI Act or not ?
I have found lot of malpractices being followed by these private engineering colleges.

Dear Sir,
I come across with one of the victim who was falsely alleged under 498a and DVC which is under trial right now.
He is on bail currently.
Meanwhile he got married to another and have children. He asked me to make a query here online for your expert advice, whether the 2nd wilfe can also file the same to him. He is afraid because he is rich enough however his attitude towards his family seems to be normal through my sources.
What are consequences if she also file the same. please advice. Thanks in advance.

I have booked a flat in 2007 in a project comprising few blocks with 20 level buildings. In the signed agreement it is not clearly stated that payments are to be demanded based on the completion of floors in a block where my flat is located, its more General. The Handing over is clearly defined (42 months from commencement date) as the whole project with the exemption, in case if promoter receive the approval for higher levels.
The promoter has delayed the project and till date no handing over. I have released more than 85% of flat value by end 2010, after that I have stopped releasing any further payment. Now my question "Is the promoter has the right to demand the payments based on the progress on individual blocks?"

I have a property in U.P and someone has finalised it to purchase, but I need six months to relocate to a new place and the buyer is ok with that on his following conditions
1. He would pay 1:1 as black n white money
2. He would pay Rs 2 lac cheque as a token money and then he would pay rest black within 3-4 months, and rest white money in last month (sixth) at the time of registration as per his condition.
I just need to know if I follow this way of deal what is the chances of getting fraud….. is it the right way of doing it.... and what if he wants me to sign some documents as an acknowledgement, WHAT SHOULD I DO IT?
I’m confused so much in a whole situation….
1. That he might prolong the deal for more than 6 months.
2. He could also put my property in a condition so that I can’t sell it to someone else if he doesn’t come in 6 months. And with this further he could try to take advantage to negotiate more.
LET ME KNOW WHAT IS THE WAY THAT DEAL GETS FINALISE IN TIME AND WHAT ARE THE PRE DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED IN A DEAL TO AVOID ANY SORT OF FRAUDULENCY.

one of my friend is staying in my house for last 3 months because repairing is going on in his house.
he has got a job recently. In the job application he has written the address of my house. now the company is asking for address proof. the address proof has to be same as which he has written in his job application.NOW my friend is requesting me to change the name of the electric bill to his name.
Can I change the electricity bill in his name?
IS THE PROPERTY HAS TO BE MUTATED IN MY FRIEND'S NAME IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE ELECTRICITY BILL NAME TO MY FRIEND'S NAME?
BUT I DON'T WANT TO TRANSFER MY PROPERTY TO HIS NAME BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO TRANSFER PROPERTY TITLE . I DON'T WANT TO MUTATE THE PROPERTY TO MY FRIEND'S NAME.
I JUST WANT TO CHANGE THE ELECTRICITY BILL NAME TO MY FRIEND'S NAME.
BUT I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY PROPERTY TO HIM.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ELECTRICITY BILL NAME TO MY FRIEND'S NAME WITHOUT GIVING HIM PROPERTY TITLE AND WITHOUT MUTATING THE PROPERTY IN HIS NAME?
HOW MY FRIEND WILL SHOW THE ADDRESS PROOF?
IS IT POSSIBLE?
IS THERE ANY OTHER OPTION TO SHOW ADDRESS PROOF?
