She has not provided with her bank account number.Ihave to deposit maintinance through money order.Please suggest some other way to deliver maintainance as money order requiers 700 per month to deliver.

Dear Sir,
I have paid for one property Shop around 900000 INR for buying the same as a first phase to clear the loan of transferee and he did not paid the amount to bank .With out informing me we have registered the shop to my name and the balance amount was paid to him .But he did not clear the loan in the Bank ,later insisting him to pay ,he paid amount .But now because of delay happened in the loan the Documents are delayed .How can I claim the delay which has happened to me

can public trust acquire land outside the state in which public trust is registered?
is there any provision in trust act like company in which action done by promoters is ratified by company after registration of company , i.e. property acquired in the name of trust before its registration with commissioner

Hi,
From last 14 years i am working in website design and software development company. It's Pvt. Ltd. company.
Now our director decided to close down our company and ready to shift us in his another company but i am quite interested to join that company.
My company not pay me my salary from last 5 months and 2 years loyalty bonus, when i request my director he told me right now i don't have fund so i will pay your outstanding when i will get funds and it can take 6 months or 1 year.
Now i have decided to leave company, so i want to know what is my rights in Pvt. Ltd. company? Can i get gratuity? If then how i will claim for my gratuity?
Company not bifurcate salary with any allowances, from starting i received my salary without any bifurcation total CTC. Company gave me all salaries and loyalty bonus through the bank(salary account).
One of our company consultant told us that in Pvt. Ltd. farm if company not give you anything then you can't do anything, you can file any claim on directors. Is this true?
Please guide me how i will get my salary, loyalty bonus and gratuity amount from my company, i don't want do any legal case till i will get everything without any disputes but if any disputes come then can i file legal case for this?

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मेरे परदादा की जदी जायदाद बिहार के एक जिले में है और मेरे दादा जी को मिला कर दो भाई थे और मेरे दादा जो को मेरे पिताजी को मिला कर तीन बेटे हुए और उनके भाई को पांच बेटे हुए
मेरे पिताजी व उनके सगे भाई अभी अपने बचो के साथ उसी जदी जयदाद में रह रहे है और दूसरी तरफ
मेरे दादा जी के भाई के पांच बेटो मेसे तीन बेटे अभी जदी जयदाद में ही रह रहे है और दो बाहर रह रहे है. इन दो बाहर रहने वाले मेरे दादा जी के भाई के लड़को में से एक ने अपना जमीन का हिस्सा मेरे पिताजी से पैसे ले कर उनके नाम पर कर दिया था ले किन कुछ समय से मेरे दादा जी के भाई के तीन बेटे जो कि जदी जयदाद में रह रहे है ने उसी बिकी हुई जमीन के हिस्से के लिए तंग करना शुरू कर दिया है.
इस मुद्दे को हमने अपने गाँव के मुखिया यानी सरपंच को भी पहुंचा दिया है पर सरपंच इस पर कोई एक्शन नहीं ले रहा. किरपा करके मुझे बताएं कि में सरपंच कि कहाँ कंप्लेंट करू और मुझे क्या लीगल एक्शन लेना चाहिए अपने दादा जी के भाई के लड़को के खिलाफ.

Warrant not served by the police
Dear Learned Lawyers,
I would be very grateful if you offer your views on the following query.
I filed a complaint with the Consumer Redressal forum at Chennai against a Housing Welfare Society. The consumer court issued an order directing the Housing Welfare Society to pay the balance amount with interest in the year 2008. However, the opponent party did not bother to represent or attend the complaint and the forum after prolonged hearing after publication of advertisement in the newspaper, issued a warrant through the nearest police station to the opponent party in the year 2010. The warrant was NOT AT ALL served by the police till date. The consumer forum is simply adjourning the hearing every time when it comes.
When I approached the concerned Police Station, I was made to visit the police station thrice and finally the police official told me that the warrant could not be traced and asked me to get a fresh warrant from the consumer forum. My concern is that if this is the state of the warrant issued by a consumer court, then what about the fate of poor & innocent people’s complaint registered with the police ?
Please guide me what further action is to be taken from my side ?
Can another warrant be issued by the Consumer Court ?
