Forgot to submit affidavit in ws

(Querist) 03 May 2014 This query is : Resolved 
in a matter of Domestic violence, I am the respondent, I have forgot to submit affidavit with written statement cum preliminary objection. what shall I do now, what will be the affect of this not submission of affidavit. please suggest, next date is on 22 May'2014
