can a teacher (same person) be a member of a teachers association as well as a member of an employees welfare association in a private unaided minority school? does such membership violate any settled principle of law? In what conditions and under what circumstances such memberships may be allowed and are there any judgments to support this?

Yesterday my wife went to poilce station and given a compliant against me saying that i got stay order from the court poilce called me and my mother i told to the police that yes she got stay order on my mother house that which we have rented from 1 year and know she got stay order on 24th october 2013 and she was staying in here parents house and she has came know to infrom police that she got stay order and know she is giving compliant on 15-05-2014 after 6 months my wife father has bribe the police SI and i told the police that my mother own property no one has right.police told me its court order you have to leave the house know my tentant went to poilce to give compliant they are not receving the compliant and telling my tentant leave that house its in littigation and poilce also shouted on me and my mother and poilce told my wife go and stay in that house and she is telling my tentant that court has graunted this house you vacute the house know only.
My querys
1.what action i can take against poilce?
2.when she got stay order in 24th octeber 2013 she is coming after six months giving compliant.what action i can take against my wife?

Dear Ld Friends!
I got a relative problem where he is insisting me to help him.
The Local Builder make a contract to the owner of the house to make multistory building having four floors with lift and fully furnished in one year, the builder will take one floor only for sell purpose and rest three floors are of owner and all this was written on 50Rs Stamp Paper and get notarized to it.
Now the builder pressurizing the owner to registry the one floor which he completed first for sell purpose and remained all the three other owner floors incomplete and refuse to make it complete all of three floors. Two years already over now since the house was given to the builder for making four floors.
Q1. What the proper resolution I may do for him to get exit from this mess up?
Q2. Will I go for the Cancellation of Agreement which was made between builder and the owner of the house ?
Q3. Will I go for police complaint to take legal action against builder for pressuring the owner of the house to make registry of it ?
Q4. Will I seek remedy under suit of Specific Relief Ac for the performance of the agreement made between builder and owner on Stamp Rs 50 ?
Q5. The property is in Delhi and jurisdiction lay at Tis Hazari court What court fee I will have to give on the suit for the Cancellation of instrument or for the Specific performance of the contract?
Q6. Any reliable lawyer whom you know about it at Tis Hazari and will work with me as colleague for this case will provide its mobile number and chamber number for Tis Hazari court so that I may contact me urgently for this case problem.
Q7. Rest any other thing which my lawyers friends advice me or suggest me please mentioned also that here for kindness and justice to seek?

Hi Experts, I am in situation where I keep getting harassed and mentally tortured by my wife and her family.. I got married 13 months ago.. But in the recent past from five months when my wife got to know she is pregnant all the dramas started happening... First she started fighting every alternate day for silly things like serial's on TV, if I like any of my friend pic in FB, if I dont keep my shoe back on rack after a tiring day at work, Worst thing if I speak to any of my male colleague.. She just need a reason..Her Sister is like god to her and involved every decision we take at home if it is benefiting them its agreed otherwise fight again, If I raise my voice blackmail will start I ll kill myself and write all your family members name and stuff... I have seen her sister in action where he scared a shit out of onepoor real estate agent for aasking money for the work he did for them by telling I ok file harassment case on him and stuff he ran from that place this happened right in front of my eyes... Coming to my issue I no longer can take this torture of blackmail ing.. She had made me an alien to all my friends andrelatives iI had to listen and keep them at bay cause of this blackmail... Also they made me take loan for 13lakhs to clear their debts.. Which I am paying the EMI they give some part of the money once in blue moon... Now for her pregnancy in five months I had spent around 60k only for her medications, food supplements, consultation's etc... Now they are planning to take her to her place till the delivery and post delivery also for sometime.. For which I have agreed I ll pay 5k every month for her expenses... Still I get mentally tortured everyday recent being to through my younger brother from home... My parents can't come here already that's one big blackmail... Please advise how to get out of this torture even after spending so much going through this emotional turmoil... I am worried now is if I confront them or her for sure they ll file a case against me... They ll do what all possible to get the hell out of me.. I am sure they don't spare ME and my family.. Her mom had already ditched their father for long time and came back to their lives just before our wedding....Please advise on how to prepare myself if I want to file for divorce or how to keep myself and my family safe if they file 498a case against me... I am sure one or other day I have to confront cause I am already under so much stress....

1. The Marriage of a woman was performed legally with a Constable of Border Security Force with out any dowry. Immediately after the marriage the marriage was consummated. Both are Belonging to the same village.
2. After Some days the Accused and their family members are starts physical and mental harassment. Immediately she complained the same matter at the nearest police station with the help of her parents. Then the police registered it as U/s 498(A) of I.P.C and 3 & 4 R/w 7(1)(b) of Dowry Prohibition Act.
-- After some days The Accused was Arrested and enlarged on bail.
2. Due to the Above situations the woman was living separately with her Parents.
3. In this period, when she went for answer the calls of nature to the outskirts of their village. Then her husband come to her back side and committed rape forcibly without her consent. Also he said that his parental uncle instigated him to kill his wife, because she complained on them regarding the Dowry harassment.
4. Then she escaped from him and again complain about this issue at the same police station with the help of her parents.
-- This also registered U/s 376(A), 324, 506 and 109 of I.P.C by the Police.
5. The Police send her to the District Hospital for the purpose of treatment.
-- Intentionally delayed in this case. After the delay of many days the police applied for legal opinion of the Sr. Asst. Public Prosecutor . And Basing upon the legal opinion obtained from the Sr. APP the police deleted the Sections 376 (A) of I.P.C and 109 of I.P.C from this case.
The Legal Opinion Obtained by the Police from Sr. Assistant Public Prosecutor is as follows:

Perused the C.D. file in Cr.No 37/10 of the XXXXXX P.S and request letter for giving Opinion.
As per the facts of the case on 24-05-2010 the complainant Smt. XXXXXX presented report to the police stating that she filed the criminal case in Cr.No. 17/2010 U/s 498(A) of I.P.C against her husband Sri. XXXXXX and there after the complainant is living with her parents house at XXXXX village and that on 24-05-10 in between at 7:30 and 8:00 A.M complainant went to answer the calls of nature and at that time accused (Sri. XXXXXX) no other than her husband has committed Rape on her and beat her and threatened her with dire consequences, basing on which a case in Cr.No 37/2010 was registered for the Offences U/s 376(A), 324, 506 and 109 of I.P.C.
The Investigation discloses that the complainant was filed the Criminal case against husband for the offence U/s 498(A) of I.P.C and Dowry Prohibition Act.
However there is no decree of separation in between the husband and wife (Complainant and accused) or any custom or usage of separation in the absence of the above, offence U/s 376(A) of I.P.C is not made out. The other offences are maintainable.
As per the above, I am of the opinion that the Provision U/s 376(A) of I.P.C is not applicable in this case.

Q4. After Announcing the judgement without those sections in the lower court, where to approach for the justice.?
Q5. Can I filed this issue at LOKAYUKTA, NHRC?

Is There any Time Limit for appealing the judgement of a lower court in a criminal Case? if the 30 day limit has passed, is there any chance for further appeals ?

False dowry case on me. FIR done 1 month ago. AB obtained. Currently case is at charge sheet level. Wife has also filed DV recently.
Investigating officer has been asking me to submit my salary slips, bills of articles i have on my name, bank statement details etc. He says if i submit these it will help him in investigation and as evidence against wife's claim/allegations.
My Question :
1. Is police investigation done by IO is usually fair ? I doubt my IO.
2. Should i give him all these documents to support my case at charge sheet level ?
3. Can i refuse him and tell him that i will submit all these in court later when the court case on.
