can a teacher (same person) be a member of a teachers association as well as a member of an employees welfare association in a private unaided minority school? does such membership violate any settled principle of law? In what conditions and under what circumstances such memberships may be allowed and are there any judgments to support this?

I agree with the experts opinion that until and unless the dual membership is prohibited and is in contravention to the constitution of the said associations, there is nothing wrong in continuing with it.
