Hi sir,
My query is regarding distribution of family property. We were 4 members in my family. My father died in Feb, 2014.My father has two younger sisters. We have only one home which is owned by my grand parents.We are trying to transfer the home to my mother's name. The first sister doesnt want anything but because of ego the second sister wants share in our home or to be transferred to her name along with my mother. Following points are remarkable:
1.Earlier we tried to transfer the same property to my father's name but couldnt happen bcz of lack of time, at that time both the sisters had given in written that they dont want any thing.
2.Me and my family have been stying there for more than 20 years. But that second sister has stayed only for 3 years and then she got married.
3.The second sister has submitted a letter to the office that property transfer process must not be done without my permission, thats why we are unable to process ahead.
Query: 1.If we have been staying in that home for more than 20 years, still is she eligible to get that property?
2. If she file a case to get the share , what are the things we should prepare from our side?

Dear sir,
I am a defacto complainant in a criminal case. I have applied for certified copies of deposition of PW1 to Pw4 and also PW5(Investigation Officer)through CA. The CA was rejected stating that only Public Prosecutor, can apply through CA for documents. no body can apply for documents through CA. Kindly confirm the rule position, if any.

hi i am from.Mumbai. recently we are ready to buy one room in malad east. we pay seller rs. 5lacs. To seller....all this transaction written on normal paper with 4 witness ..and we mention on document .. Remaining balance amt paying to buyer after the one month...after the this paying amount to buyer...we cancel deal due to...unlegel inform about that room...now seller not giving return my money...say ...that mere room sell hoga tab dega...pls suggest me any legal actions against seller to return my money

Hi,
Husband has filed 13A case against wife ( after withdrawing mutual case) putting all possible allegations. Also he left his fathers house and his father has asked about the stay order ( me or my family will not visit their place ). What first thing wife must do. As he is not ready to give stridhan as well as he is putting fake ellegations.

We own an independent house in Kavadiguda, Hyderabad and the same has been registered in the name of my mother-in-law (Deceased). However there is a Will that states that my mother-in-law is transferring the property to her only daughter. However, there are 5 brothers as well who have a legal right to the property. My sister in law wants to dispose the property as it is legally hers. Two of the five brothers have no problem with this. The remaining three have an objection though they have not invested a single penny in the property. In this case, how do we carry forward with the registration and the subsequent sale of the property?
Please guide us on the procedure in detail and all available options.

If a person has filed for probation and his application has been rejected by the Supreme Court, then can he file an application for probation again (may/maynot be on same grounds)? Also, are there any case laws related to the same. Kindly help.

Hi
My problem is, the father got vacation custody of the child for 15 days.He even filed a petition to extend the period by one month, but Honorable High court dismissed the extension.But the father did not return the child even after 15 days.
Mother is worried what to do now.How to get child back.Kindly suggest.

On my mother's death she willed that the family flat shall be bequeated to me and my brother. When she was alive she also nominated us in the societies records.
When we approached our housing society they said that they cannot transfer the flat unless we get the NOC from our sisters. One of our sisters will give us the NOC but the other will not.
Please advice us the solution. How to go about it. Thank you.

SHE APPLY FOR DIVORCE FROM ME SHE WANT 2,50,000 RS. FROM ME FOR DIVORCE. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO GIVE THESE MONEY BECAUSE I AM A DOING COMPUTER REPAIRING PRIVATELY ON CALL BASIS. MY INCOME IS NOT SO MUCH. SHE LEAVE OUR HOME FOR HER BROTHERS MARRIAGE AND SHE WILL NOT COME AT HOME SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE SEPARATELY BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO LEAVE SEPARATE BECAUSE I HAVE MY MOTHER ONLY AND ONE SISTER AT MY HOME, MY FATHER WAS EXPIRED BEFORE OUR MARRIAGE.

NOW COURT ORDER ME TO PAY 80,000 RS. I PAY 10,000/- ON FIRST ATTEMPT. ON SECOND DATE I AM UNABLE TO MANAGE MONEY, BUT I STILL PRESENT IN THE COURT, I GIVE THE APPLICATION THAT BEFORE THREE DAYS I PAY MY DAUGHTERS FEES, BECAUSE I WAS NOT PAID LAST YEARS SCHOOL FEES, IF I WILL NOT PAY BEFORE 1 ST MAY THEY WILL NOT GIVEN ME MY DAUGHTERS RESULT SO I MANAGE 8000 RS FROM MY FRIENDS, I ATTACH THE PHOTOCOPY OF FEES RECEIPT, AND SAID THE COURT TO GIVE ME SOME TIME TO PAY MAINTAINCE AMOUNT, BUT MY WIFE ISSUED WARRANT, WHAT CAN I DO. IF I HAVE NO MONEY HOW CAN I PAY BALANCE 70,000 RS.
