Dear Sirs,
I am doing a contract which has a 0 value. We want to test our product in market through a supplier whose customers will be using our products.Now this supplier will charge us on the basis order form. And supplier is asking fro an advance payment of whole year,which is not decided yet. and they are not ready to accept advance payment for any lesser period. The risk for us is too high, that if they breach the contract all our money will be gone.

I request your opinion how to claim my full and final settlement
Jan 2nd 2013 I joined a proprietorship Recruitment Services company from Delhi, I joined them in their pune office as Business Development Manager
I received an offer/ appointment letter without mentioning of Notice period, I requested owner of the company to provide me with a detail Appointment letter, however she kept telling we will give you but never received the same
In pune I was operating from her husband’s office who is Logistics business
On April 10th 2014, ,my March 2013 Salary was with held and bank was instructed with a Stop payment
April 24th my Director came to pune and told me cause of non-performance and mis management We need to apart and I was forced to put my resignation
My Director committed me that I will get My salaries, travel reimbursements and Pending leaves which was approximately 22 days. However since company has NO notice period policies and hence I will not get any notice period
After much follow up she released my March 2013 Salary and April Salary for 24 working days
Now she refused me to pay leaves encashment, reimbursement and notice period
I have following concern if you could help me
Dose my employer has right not to pay my pending leaves and reimbursement, on the basis that I have not performed?
Can I legally ask her to pay me for Notice period, since there is no mention of NP in offer/Appointment letter?
If I have a right to claim NP then how many days?
She has alleged me based on my wrong commitments she took a new office and expenses for the same are in lacs and she will recover it from me, although I have nothing to do with the new office since the office is in the name of her husband’s company and we are only occupying some part of it?

RESPECTED SIR,
WE HAVE FILED VAT 100 UNDER KARNATAKA VAT FOR MAY'13 WITH WRONG INTER STATE PURCHASE FIGURES.
THE SAME WAS DETECTED NOW.
CAN WE REVISE THE SAME NOW?
KINDLY TELL US THE PROCEDURE.

According to hindu marriage law,one year of marriage is must for divorce,but what if any party wats to file divorce before completion of one year?
also if we want to file divorce, is sepration necessary?>

Dear experts I purchased one property from two brothers in1992.there was small dispute in the properties between two brothers as they have some other properties in joint.there is a civil suit for partition between and the case is pending in which the land and its respective survey number is included without any information they have included there is also no legal notice to us from court.now I want to transfer the property to the buyer.I need a suggestion can I sell it away??will there be any legal complication or will it become any criminal offence when the case is in the Court of law.do I need to take police aid or is there any chance of police taking action on me if I sell away the property.please kindly help me experts thank you.

Is a probate of the will required to claim the property divided between brothers.Is probate not applicable in certain states

Dear Sir,
Now I also agree with filing RCR is waste of time & money, but what actions is need to be taken when wife file DV, Cr. P. C. 125 & Private 498a. In my case my wife filed DV, Cr. P. C. 125 & Private 498a on me & my family members. I have also filed HMA Sec. 9. Now the family court orderd to pay maintenance of Rs. 1500/- Agst. HMA Sec. 24 was filed by my wife. Now my lawyers told me there is no need to pay maintenance as per HMA Sec.9 . If I don't pay maintenance the family court will dismiss the Sec. 9 case which was filed by me. Now I would like to ask, if Sec. 9 petition is dismissed, Can I file Divorce petition or not or what strategies needs to be followed by me. Kindly help me in my case.

Dear Experts,
Please note that we wish to file a recovery suit of Rs. 26,91,000/- against a company in the court of Faridabad, Haryana. Please let us know the approximate or accurate court fee required in this recovery suit on amount of Rs.26,91,000/-. Also, please let me know how that court fee amount will be deposited either in treasury or bank account. How much time will be required to deposit the court fees.

Tds deduct of pf withdrwan
Dear Sir / Mam,
I am Suman , i was worked at Piramal Healthcare Limited for last 4 yrs and i have shifted my job at Cement company .
Due to some personal requirement i have applied for PF withdrawal and i have received the amount but there is deduction of Rs 18804.
Please advice me how to recover the deduct amount.
