Sir,
It is my personal problem. I have a Bajaj scooter in very well condition. R.C has been expired in 2013. I want to dispose it due to lack of space in garage.
After expiry of R.C If I sell it and another uses it whether I may be liable for any mishappening. Problem is nobody is willing to take pain to reregister it or to obtain NOC from previous RTO because it was registered at Bareilly U.P. 300 km far from here.
If I dispose it as garbage and some one uses it what precaution should I take ?

Sir,
I would like to know leave structure as per the Bombay shops and Establishment are mandatory for company or organisation to give to their employees or they are privilege by the company for their company.
Reason of asking : Our Company Top management are considering that it is not legal or mandatory to give but they are privilege provided by the company.

Dear experts I have assigned land which is in possession of other person who is high caste person and influential also lawyer. He has manipulated my name in the records and made his name into the column possessory.I was not at all having any idea about the land.how can I get my land back to me??I approached MRO and asked him to restore the land to me.the revenue authorities are in favour to him.creating false documents he says that he is in possession of land more than 20 years and misguiding.please kindly give me some information to solve this issue.

Dear experts my brother purchased land from the pattedar 2 acres in the year 1990 through GPA paid whole of the amount receipt for the transaction is in evidence.the property purchased by my brother from pattedar is sold out in the year 1990 to my uncle by my brother on a sale deed 3rs Indian stamp paper which in turn is now impounded in the year 2014 .The pattedar died in the year 1991 one of the legal heir also cancelled theGPA document..before the pattedar death my brother had transferred the land as he was GPA Holder and had benefit of transferring the property to any third party,my brother transfered it to my uncle.my enquiry is can my uncle use the impounded sale deed as a evidence??can he sell away the land with link as impounded sale deed and will there be any chance of legal complication if the pattedar legal heir approaches court of law that the GPA is cancelled and claiming the said property as a legal heir??please guide me in this issue experts.

Dear Experts,
Please advise that there is a property of government in Goa, approx 8000 sqmtrs and which was leased for an education institution for 99 years and there was a lease deed between them since 1999. now as per the clause in the said deed was that, if the institute does'nt utilised the land for constructing or establishing the institute, within 5 years, the govt can revoke the same if required. since 1999 there is no development at all on the said land.
now my question is 1. even if govt revoke the lease is it possible for the institute to re enter the deed for the same? and under what provision the the government can allow to build the institute? please advise. thanks.

dear sir,
I give amount rs 3lack to my friend at 2009. he promise to paid install mentally,
that amount is rs5000 p/m. but he is not paid continuously. his total amount paid is rs 90,000 only. present his said i will not paid at any circumstances. give me the procedure how to collect my amount through court.

Dear all,
i did a registry of land around 2 months back at that point of time the owner of the land told us that i will divide this land and give you your part. Now after registry he divided the land but he didnt called us and said i divided the land do your boundary. when we did the measurement by own through Amin, now the owner had an objection about this measurement,when we were asking for the measurement he was not doing infront of us and when we did he had an objection. Now he is including the Gali left by him on both side of the land, this was not discussed at the time of registry that gali is also included the land and as per the registary also gali is not mentioned. now he is trying to mixup the gali with the land.
we want to cancell the registration of the land because of his fraudness. what is the legal processor for this.
Please suggest.
