this is regarding my sister in law,
since 9 months, she lives with us (her elder sister and myself) provided my wife having No father),
1. she had filed divorce case from here(gujarat), her husband lives in J & K. the court had send RPAD to him directly. which he did not received, he is trying to prolong the case. if he disagree to receive the letter what are the options left for us??
2.In the mean time her husband is trying to call her repeatedly, which she did not picked on advice of our lawyers, they told us to pick the phone when he calls me or my wife.
How this can be resolved soon? Should me to call him directly, will be advisable??

Sir, my application for arms license is rejected by the Delhi Licensing and Governor because I do not have any specific threat to my life.
and As per arms act we do not have to show any specific threat to life. please advise

Question is there's a plot of my grandfather. My father is selling that property. Being a daughter and married they are denied me f any share.. Am I entitled to share in grandfather property. That plot was brought by my grandfather and he left without any will. Help me out.

I want an opinion on the section 26 and section 09 of the Arbitration Act.
Breif is:
We are for respondent. During the proceedings of cross examination of respondent's first witness, Respondent moved an application U/s 26 of Arb. Act 1996 and request from the sole arbitrator for appointment of an independent expert to bring some facts of CRANE(machine) such as maker and capacity(Please note maker and capacity is in dispute between the parties since beginning) and this will enable the respondent to prove that the machinery supplied by petitioner is not as per the contract issued by respondent and therefore was idle at respondent yard and despite of request petitioner neither took back the crane nor refund the advance money and thereby claim of petitioner for rent is not valid. The reason behind the inspection was to bring on record about the manufacturer company, design & capacity of machine and to convince the arbitrator that the design, manufacturer and load lifting capacity is different from the contract issued to petitioner. We also mentioned that the dispute machine is having engine number, chasis number and inspection of the machine can ascertain about manufacturer, chasis number, engine number which can cross verify with manufacturer for the capacity of the machine, moreover this machine may also have some RTO number just like other vehicles. The Hon'ble arbitrator dismiss our application on the ground of
Delay,
Machines specification and particularly capacity can not be identified being the reason of old or wear and tear.
Because the machines look alike.
This inspection would not help the arbitrator to decide the dispute.
Now We want to challenge this order please suggest how..? Can we go under section 09 which says that "during arbitration proceedings a party can move to court for (c)..........................authorising any samples to be taken or any observation to be made, or experiment to be tried, which may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of obtaining full information or evidence;

hello sir,
my client filed e.p to execute RCR exparte order. but now he wants divorce on the ground of noncompliance of that order by his wife. so he wants to withdraw the e.p in its 1st hearing itself. what is the procedure to withdraw it. do we have to file a petition to withdraw it, or a memo shd be filed, or do my client have to appear and endorse the same in the E.p petition itself? what to do, suggest me.

Dear Sir,
A private university of meghalaya engage in degree scam. Chancellor , register all were arrested.
Case went to till Supreme Court .In judgment Supreme Court ordered all degree illegal and ordered
“ The students whose admissions and degrees were declared illegal may also make representation to the
State Government and seek an opportunity of hearing from it.
The request made by them shall be sympathetically considered by the State Government.”
We thousand of student send representation , attain heaing in meghalaya .
Supreme Court told to deide the matter within 31 of March.
This is end of May , nither public notice , nither letter , nither any website they declare about the
degrees are valid or not
I contaced of that University lawer , she said govt have not given any affidafit to Supreme court also
and nither informed univresity also , she told you student file contempt of court
My question is
can i file contempt of court in kolkata high court while order was given by supreme court
or i have to file it supreme court only

Gratuity
Sir,
My company is running under suspension of work since 2005 November & has sanctioned for revival scheme under BIFR act during 2012 from September. The company has not opened. Some representative of the company ask me to resign from the company. My designation is Executive Officer. Sir I want to know whether I will get Gratuity till date if I wish to resign on date? Please tell me about that because I am in very much trouble.
