Hi,
One of the public trust has been created in the year 2001 by two trustees. Now one of the trustee is dead.
The other trustee is not interested in running the trust. Can he convert it as private trust??or can he dissolute??
What is the treatment for assets of such trusts?
If so, what is the procedure.

hello there once again
i am standing as a guarantor against the secured loan (house loan where house has been mortgaged to the bank).
few days ago i received a letter saying that loan has over due and it shall be cleared.
my question is in such case how do i defense myself because, the property was mortgaged to bank that is why loan was sanctioned, then why not bank auctions the property and other assets of creditor to recover loan then look at me to recover rest of amount as guarantor.
what shall be my defense?

My actual dob is 19-11-1968 as per kolkata municipal corporation certificate. But dob in school certificate is 18-11-1969 which occured due to mistake in filling up my school form. My passport was made on dob in school certificate. Now I want to have a court order for accepting 19-11-1968 as dob and correcting all relevant documents accordingly. How do i move for the court order?

I am a PSU bank officer and my job is transferable every three years or may be less than three years. It depends upon the management to transfer me as per the needs of the organisation.I have got my own car/ vehicle and at the time of registration of my vehicle I have paid one time RTO tax as applicable in the state where the vehicle is registered. Now, I have been transfered to other state where the road tax is higher than the state where I have already paid one time RTO tax. Is it legally binding on me to pay the higher tax of the state if I want to drive my vehicle where I am transfered? Can RTO force me to pay difference amt of RTO tax? As my stay is for a temporary period. Please advice me on this matter so as to know the provisions of law.Is any judgement passed by any competant court related to the similar case/matter?

Dear Expert
I have taken a two wheeler loan from icici bank in 2007, i was paying regular EMI to them as my intention was not to do a default,
But sudden changes in market in 2008 or due to recession I was lost my job and i could not be paid last 10 to 11 EMI. now after 7 years they called me for recovery of that loan and asking me for 47000 which is far more (approximately 3000o to 35000 more)than actual principle remained.
There executive did wrong commitment that time about interest rate he told me 10% and they levied me 19% which i had given complaint to there customer care through a phone call.
Now i am in confusion what to do as i have applied for a car loan with same bank and i have a current account with them.
can they recover unpaid NPA loan from my current account and is it necessary to pay total amount or I can do principal settlement. can it affect my cibil?
Divorce on other place
Sir,
The dispute is that my wife filed 2 cases under sec. 125 and 498A in farukhabad (up) and I had files a case under sec 179 in Jaunpur. The compromise had been done and 498 A is close and she accepted the money. We want divorce and she is ready but don't want to come jaunpur for it . she filed a transfer case for sec 9 in high court but high court refused to transfer it since compromise had been done. Hon. Judge told to us to meet third place and return streedhan and resolve the matter and make a compromise paper and submit to both the places and close the cases but my question is divorce can be made through this. I think she has to come to jaunpur for it.I want to know what will be the right way to do this.
