I understand that, in Maharashtra VAT has to be charged on Freight unlike other states.
Can someone confirm the same and give some reference of notification etc.

Is black ink mandatory for signing in property related stamp papers?If one signs with blue ink, is it legally acceptable?

I joined a private firm in Sep 2013. It is clearly mentioned on my appointment letter, " I'll be on probation for 6 months. On comletion of 6 months of my employement. I will be deemed as confirmed unless specifically mentioned to me in writing". It's 3 months after I completed 6 months. My senior HR says he will look for 2 more months. My performance is much better than their expectation. They didn't even inform me in writing and couldn't specifically tell the reason for extension. Now what should I do? Please help. It's urgent.

I am fighting divorce case. Meanwhile wife forcibly entered my parents’ self purchased house for which they filed pvt complaint case in MM court. After initial hiccups, she was summoned U/S 442 IPC by magistrate. Then she jumped one court date & Magistrate issued bailable warrants. She submitted bail bonds & case proceeded.
Now, it is the main case by which I can put pressure on her, being a criminal case. Suggest me:
1) Is there any way to get her bail cancelled…..to put more pressure on her
2) In complaint case we prayed for nonbailable sections (454IPC) in our complaint, but at that time, after preliminary evidence from our side, MM applied 442 only, which is a bailable one………so favouring that ‘ablaa naari’.
Then occurred the PRE-CHARGE EVIDENCE stage, in which cross also happened, it is over now. What are options from our side? Can we press for higher sections (non-bailable ones) be included in it like 454IPC. If yes, what is the correct procedure from now on, what is the correct method to do it

In property case I am defendant,the suit is in evidence stage,now I came to know
plaintiff produced wrong plan of property,
now
1- I want to make petition to dismiss the suit.
2- u/s & order pl. mention by which I have to make application.

I am a farmer since 1952 and before till 1972.Then i sold my land to the ganotiya according to government rules.After that i had no agricultural land but i purchased new agricultural land in 1992.I am a farmer and also worked as clerk in government and retired in 1989.My salary was according to government norms is RS 1900 per month and not more than 2 lakhs per year.
Now government tell me to make my land in shree sarkar.What steps can be taken by me according to rules of 79 A/B or other ACTs.
I will not get my land money from government but the Ganotiya paid their money in government.It is found from laser of government.

Decree holder filed an execution of the decree of specific performance, the court ordered to execute the sale and ultimately the sale deed was executed and warrant of possession was issued. Mutation was sanctioned in the name of decree holder. Thereafter one 3rd party who was the purchaser from judgment debtor after the agreement to sell filed an execution for cancellation of the sale on the ground of purchaser. Decree holder gave a statement that he do not want to proceed with the execution and it is fully satisfied and may be dismissed.
My query is No. 1 whether the objector can insist the court to continue with the execution and to decide the objection .
Secondly regular sale deed executed by the order of the court can be nullified by the executing court.

Dear experts
Mohan here today police SI i called me and my mother to police station and he is telling that mohan wife is like to cohibit his husband as thier is missunderstanding with them and she has exoressed to live cordil life with his husband we listening to SI words we were shoked and i asked police is thier any game she is playing in order to extrot my decded father money and property and act for few months and again give compliant against me and my mother so that she can put both of us behind bars police told me its your wife how she can do this things again we shall make a mutual agreement in court so that she cannot act and make game i told them shall i think about it please give me a time he told me think and tell.
My querys
1.If i like to cohibit here what agreement should i make with my wife in court?
2.If she is doing dhram how can i know?

Pay protection
Sir,
I was in service in a Govt. of India Enterprise i.e CPSU in the grade of E3 with last basic pay of Rs.34000/- and DA @90.5% i.e Rs. 32462/- in February 2014. I applied through proper channel for a post in an Autonomous body under Central Govt. and obtained due permission for the interview. On direct selection through interview (consisting of departmental authority), I was offered appointment and my Technical Resignation was accepted by the CPSU. Subsequently, I joined the new assignment two months back,in the pay scale Rs.15600-39100/-, with Basic pay Rs.18750/- & Grade Pay Rs.6600/- alongwith DA @100%.
Now, my last (Basic + DA) in the CPSU was Rs.68332/-, but my Basic Pay + G.P + DA in the new assignment is Rs.50700/- only. As per Govt. of India's orders issued by DOPT, I am eligible for Pay Protection. But my new organisation is not willing to allow pay protection to me. Can they deny me the same, when clear Govt. instructions are there? Please help me by answering the same.
