I am a member of a minority community. A society has been formed by fellow community members which is registered under Societies Act 1860 in Uttar Pradesh. The said Society's office bearers have indulged into some wrongdoings. When I questioned them they claim since I am not a member of the said society I have no right to question them or object to their wrongdoings. Hence, they are not answerable to me.
I have two queries:
1) One of the main objective of the Society is look after the betterment of the members of the minority community to which it belongs and for which it was formed. So am I not a beneficiary of the said Society irrespective of me being its member or not?
2) If the answer to the above query is yes I am a beneficiary and question the office bearers of the Society then is there a judgement passed by a High Court or Supreme Court to this effect?

Dear Sir,
Why most of the housing societies/gated communities adopt Charge per SFT model for Maintenance when the amenities are common for all? Why not a mixed model of flat rate and per sft rate (HYBRID MODEL)? Which maintenance model is legally correct? Are there any gated communities using hybrid model? And How the segregation of services is done and what all falls under Common charges?

My father expired in 2008 without leaving a WILL. He left behind my mother, a sister (married) and two sons (both married). He held shares some shares, bank account/FDs and NSC’s without nomination. We filed a succession case in the local court in 2009 but on 02/04/2021 case has been disposed off (Uncontested – Dismissed in Default).
What are my options now? What is the way forward?

My father had 1 acre of agriculture land and he took DTP approval for some portion of it. He sold the DTP approved land(site) to different members without my knowledge in 2010. There are few portions still on my father's name without DTP approved. Now I would like to know how much land portions still available on his name.
When i view it in Patta using survery number his name is available alongwith other members who bought the land. So i unable to figure out exactly how much land is still on his name.
Could you please help to know how much land is still on my father's name?

Hi, I wanted to know can a person become the secretary of cooperative society if he does not stay in the same society and has rented his flat ,as the secretary is not staying in the society the day to day affairs are not being looked after properly ,kindly guide me what are the possible options for resolving this issue ,as hes not willing to resign .Thanks

We have paid advance 30 years ago for purchase of agricultural land and land was under our possession and now they are trying to take back possession of land by force and not transferring the ownership

This case has been going on for past 45+ years, at every stage there has been appeal. My Grandfather mortgaged a property to his friend in exchange for a loan, which is currently occupied by my uncle and his family. The main dispute is whether Simple Interest is to be paid or Compound Interest on the loan. The SCI made an interim order in 2019 telling us to pay a big amount to them and the issue of Simple/Compound will be decided later. Now, my uncle didn't have the cash so my dad paid it out of his own savings and the other party got it released from the court. The SCI lawyer was arranged by uncle on his own and he is the one in touch with him.
Later, my dad passed away and now when I asked uncle for the repayment, he straightaway refused. He says we also don't have any stake in the house. My question is whether my mom can withdraw the SLP directly through written letter as the Advocate is not ready to listen to us, and request the SCI to instruct the OP to refund the amount as it was paid from her account, citing urgent need for my marriage and younger brothers higher education expenses? She will declare that she has no objection to the consequences for the property.
Is it possible that the SCI will dismiss the application on grounds like wastage of the court's time or any other grounds? Is there any other application to be filed before doing this?

Regarding anukampa nikuti in mp
i got anukampa nikuti in year 91 as teacher in MP. my big brother was serving since 1985 in BSNL. my brother was not helping my family since 1985, my mother and my unmarried sister given on court stamp that the service( anukampa nikuti is to be given to my son/brother' they have no objection.MP Govt given me the nikuti. after so many years suddenly the departmental enquiry is set upon bases of complient,vand on enquiry the found that the posting was wrong.
whether any relef can i get from any court or as suggesion wat to do
