Wife cheated me and stole Gold from home worth 10 Lac.
Wife Produced Fabricated MLC after 6 days she left home. FIR its help her frame IPC 323 against me. How to Provo that this MLC is fake? What question can be asked what info can be obtain to find out truths.
1. What points should be me mentioned if I File RTI to goverment hospital or police station?
2. RTI should go to hospital or police station just to be sure as Police approved MLC and file 323.

Hi . I need to serve 2mnths notice. But I got offer from other company where they want me to join within 30days. I spoke to my organization that am facing some health issues which are genuine as well. I used health issues to releive from the organisation with in 30days.I even submitted by medical certificates as well. they aren't ready to accept my request.
I studied my appointment letter. I found the below content. Just wanted to know wht is this.pls help me

I want to purchase residential house property ,but because my mother is in bank she will get house loan easily and at lower rate of interest than others ,so i want to buy property jointly with my mother so now question is that if i bought the property jointly and if my mother died in future so can by brother has right in property or i will become the absolute owner of the property.

MY BROTHER IS STAYING IN LOS ANGELS-USA. WE ARE HAVING A PARENTAL PROPERTY IN INDIA FOR WHICH HE HAS EXECUTED A SPECIAL GPA FOR GETTING BANK LOAN PURPOSE ONLY (NOT FOR SALE) IN 2007 WHEN HE CAME TO INDIA AND THAT WAS REGISTERED IN SRO . AND NOW WE BOTH DECIDED TO SELL THE PROPERTY AND FOR THAT HE WANTS TO GIVE ME SALE RIGHTS BY CANCELLING THE PRIOR GPA (WHICH WAS GIVEN IN 2007) AND FRESHLY EXECUTE SALE GPA ON BEHALF OF ME. NOW MY QUESTION IS, IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXECUTE CANCELLATION OF OLD GPA AND EXECUTION OF SALE GPA IN A SINGLE DOCUMENT FRO USA.

i am interested in buying 125 sq yards building consisting of basement,stilt parking and four floors. on enquring it came to my notice that builder property was booked in 2012 by MCD due to exceess coverage/deviation from sanctioned plan. builder has assured to get it regularised from MCD if I go ahead with buying the property. can It be reguralised by paying penalties to MCD. what do you suggest? personally it is within my budget and i am very much interested to buy this property. can i avail bank loan against this property in current state? kindly suggest urgently.

Me and my father(late) registered a partnership firm (50-50). My father was the managing partner of the firm. It was specifically mentioned in the deed that in case of death of any of the partner partnership shall not dissolve and share of the deceased will be automatically transferred to the other partner. Now my father has died. What do I need to do? Has the partnership automatically dissolved as I read somewhere in case of only two partners in a partnership, partnership shall dissolve automatically. Or in case of the above mentioned clause in the deed the partnership has automatically been converted to sole proprietorship? We have not yet registered for get as partnership.

Does private companies like MNCs (Employers) esp in Hyderabad have any legal obligation to pay severance package to their terminated employees in the name of organization strategies ? Or how to protect/defend or what laws are there for the pvt employees being removed from service without any severance pay ?

Contempt
My FIR was closed by Judicial Magistrate without hearing me. I challenged in High Court & the reopen was allowed by HC. But its almost 1 year, I presented the high court order with reinvestigation petition and 1 year no action taken.
Can I raise contempt of court to the Judicial Magistrate ?or On the JM to High Court?
