Hello,
I and my family are a victim of false 498A and DV. My brother's wife under her parent's guidance rather misguidance fought and left our house in march 2012. We tried for a divorce but she is asking a huge sum, unable to meet her demands she then filed 498a and DV in 2013. My dad committed suicide in 2014. My questions are :
1) I understand court cases take ages to resolve cases. My brother has already filed divorce case in family court.is there any rule that if husband and wife are staying away from each other for 3 years and if one spouse (here wife)is not signing divorce paper then the court may intervene and grant divorce(to husband)?
2) My dad committed suicide and left a note stating that my brother's wife and her family members have harassed him to the core. is there any punishment for wife and her family. So far has any girl ever been imprisoned for the same? in 2012 more then 64000 married men have committed suicide but never got any case where the wife and her parents are arrested/sentenced?
I really want to see them suffer and hopefully behind the bars.

I had a vodafone connection and while taking the connection the executive confirmed that the connectivity will be very good and also if there is any issue the complaints will be sorted out within 24 hrs. after i took the connection, within 2 months the location where i a staying the signal become pathetic and i approached vodafone customer care but they didn't give a positive feedback they closed the complaint saying i have not attended the call where i have already provided my detailed address for the person t visit to check the signal status but nothing happend post this i have raised another complaint with applete authority and they confirmed that the signal is poor and it will take 6 months to place booster and i have waited for six moths and i have always affected by my business and personal calls. now i am moved to different service provider bu i have lost 50% of my bill due to signal issue how can i claim this.

My Grand father passed away and in his name a house and some land is there. his wife is still alive and in the house my grand mother and on of her son is living. we are looking for a smooth partition but the person who lives in the house is not ready for the same and we decided to give hime the house and 25 cent of land rest three of the siblings will have 16 each but the uncle who stays in that house is not ready for this solution because of this we are trying to find a solution.

Someone issued a cheque to my client in July 2009 and the same was deposited and was returned dishonored on 28th Oct 2009 due to insufficient fund. Thereafter we had sent a legal notice under sec 138 of N.I. Act asking to make the payment within 15 days from the date of reciept of such notice but even after non payment we were compelled to file a C.R. case under sec 138 of N.I. act.. the case was in process till Sep 2012. Thereafter we were required to withdraw the case due to some defect, and subsequently filed a money suit in the court of Munsiff on 20th oct 2012.
we had also filed a petition then mentioning that we had filed this suit lately as the case was pending before the S.D.J. M Court. now the case is in the argument stage, the O.P. lawyers are putting stress that the cause of action began from July 2009 as the cheque was issud in July and as such the suit is barred by law of limitation as the suit was filed 3 months late beyond the period of limitation...
Our point is that the cause of action shall begin from the date on which we have received intimation from the bank that the cheque has bounced due to insufficiency of funds. i.e. the cause shall begin from 28th Oct. 2012.
And if our point is proved we are well within the period of limitation by eight(8) days.
Plz give ur valuable opinion and any case ruling to support my point.

Hello All,
Regarding FIR in 498A case:
1.My wife given 498A case against me and my family in my Jurisdiction Police station 11 MAY 2013 .FIR is registered in XX crime number and DP ACT 34 next day (12 may 2013) without any mediation and I was not aware she has given the complaint and police register FIR.
2.On 20th may 2013 Constable and some other persons came by Private vehicle midnight 1.00 AM they have taken me to the POLICE station even though I have shown my AB copy ,they start to there ten me listen to my in Law .I refused to go for any settlement and 4.00 AM they have dropped me to my home.
3.Next day I got a call womens police station come for inquiry ,and also they have said that there is new FIR is registered on my name in xxx crime number 498A ,DP ACT 3&4.
MY QUERIES:
1.Police didn't follow the Supreme court guide lines (no mediation )
2.There is women police station in my jurisdiction but they have transfer the case to All women Police station after registering FIR.my question is there is women cell ,after registering FIR ,what is the purpose to transfer the case .
3.And also the Women Police also cancelled the FIR registered in my jurisdiction ,register fresh one ,they also failed to do the mediation.
4.Police may have power to register n number of FIR but why it is not in my Jurisdiction women police station?
5.Why the mediation is not done in both Police station?
ANYTHING CAN I HIGHLIGHT TO THE COURT FROM THIS ?
MY POINT IS HERE MY IN LAWS THEY WERE USING POLITICAL POWER AND SOME OTHER HIGHER POLICE OFFICIALS INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER ,I KNEW THEIR NAME ALSO.

Hello sir,
Before and after marriage my wife was working afer leaving the home as its been 9 month i do enquiry got info from private school that now she not working here, when i told i need info like joining and resignation date than school staff told that we never maintained admin department date only maintained teachers data.
I can not belive as school is too big sperad in huge area not maintained admin/account dept data for any employe.
so please suggest to me how can i get her info from school regaly.
as per my knowledge through RTI but is private school comes under RTI if yes than guide to me .

I took restraining order against B. Bud he did not stopped construction work. Than I took another order for implementation of restraining order through police. Police stopped the construction work for about month thereafter SHO who implemented the order transferred and newly transferee SHO allowed the B to start construction work than I approached the police station and asked the Sho abut constuceion on disputed land but sho threatened me and asked not to interred in construction work. There after I given in wtitting to sho that courts order is being violated in which police court have given direction to police to implement the same. On next day I also filed application u/s 145 146 CrPC before executive magistrate 1st class in the morning at about 3 pm B with the aid of police was putting lanter on the roof of disputed shops against which the restraining order was in force stopped by me and family member by just sitting in front of mixuring machine .
I filed an application against B u/s 156(3) police did not take any actions but B also file a counter application on which police registered fir against us u /s 147 336 427 447. Police demarcated the disputed land and against a false report prepared by Naib-tehsildar in collusion with police and B
now my case at the stage of charge can I take a plea that civil court restrained them from raising construction and at the time of arguments I can't take the benefits of section 78
