Dear sir
My wife got share in his father's property. This property was owned by my wife grand father since 1950. Now my wife decided to sell that property. Now what tax she has to pay. Is any capital gain will be charged on it?
Other question is long term capital gain tax will be charged @10% if no indexation cost is less from the selling cost of property is it true? And if so then actual property buying cost will be deducted or not please advise us ASAP

dear sir,
i am having a cash credit account with a nationalized bank. due to certain business issues i am unable to maintain turnover into my cash credit account but i am paying my due interest regularly before the end of the quarter.sir, now even if my account is not NPA, bankers are telling that they will issue a loan recall notice. sir i have asked them to pl give me a six months time to regularize the transaction of my account. sir my cash credit account is due for renewal next month. will they renew it?

A layman can make an application to the Cheif Justice of Mumbai Highcourt, for seeking justice against a DCP of Mumbai police having sufficient evidence against him, police has not filed FIR against him. Police trying to safe him. So I want to make an application against police to enforce them to file FIR against him.
Friends If so please give me format of application which is to be maid to CJS of HC

Hi,
I want to purchase a land in a rural area in andhra pradesh.
Mr X had purchased agriculture land in acres and sold a part of the land to Mr Y in sq yards without doing land conversion from agriculture land to residential land.
Now Mr Y is selling a part of the land to Z which was purchased from X. To be registered in sq yards.
Can Z can purchase such land and go for land conversion later.
How to register a non converted land either in acres or sy yards.
What would be the consequences if purchased
Pls suggest.

* blessed with female child in Apr, 12
* several times threatened to file 498a. Got settled in front of caste elders, twice given self authorisation letter that these kind of mistake she won't repeat in the future.
* still did not change her attitude continued in same way.
*vexed with her attitude...... to get rid of her filed divorce in return expecting 498a
* as expected filed 498a on me n family. police charge sheeted against A1only, deleted A2-A5 with the DSP investigation report
* she filed private complaint (protest petition) against A2-A5 in the court. After 5 months pending yesterday on 29/6/14 judge included A2-A5 in 498a without even giving notice/intimation to me or my family. Judge simply telling that if u don't satisfy with my order go for appeal in higher court.
* my younger brother got selected for govt job in last month and he is going to join in govt services by 10/6/14.
* my worry is about my younger brother's carrier. I really don't wanted see my brother's carrier ruined jus because of this false case.
My queries are
Is there any provision that a person who is accused in 498a is not eligible to join in andhrapradesh state govt services.
If YES pls pls pls guide me how to safe guard my brother carrier and his job (he is a brilliant student in studies)
If It is NOT going to effect my brother carrier/job pls provide me legal path to be followed...

Hello,
A purchased a 50 % undivided share of a property from legal heir X where legal heir X and Y were the owners of the property.
In 2 months time A makes construction on the property and wants to give the property on rent without the permission of Y the co owner of the property both for construction and for giving on rent.
a)How can Y stop A from any construction of the property and how.
b)Will the tenancy agreement done by A be binding on Y too.
c)Can Y stop A from giving the property on rent and how.
d)Will there be any criminal liability on A too.
