Dear Sir/Madam,
In my 10th class certificate, my date of birth wrongly mentioned including month and year.
I have birth certificate from hospital where i was born and the same was also mentioned in municipality records.
Now after 18 years, how i can change my date of birth.At that time we didn't show interest to change my date of birth.
False date of birth was mentioned in my passport,PAN.
Request you Pl provide me your valuable suggetions.

My wife is serving Punjab government for last 12 years and want to take leave for self employment but the director of the department is not granting the leave what options i left with?
What I can do to take leave or what actions can be taken if i go for leave without authorization?
what options my wife left with and can she apply for child care leave ( our Children are 6 and 9 years old) and I want to take them with me to Australia for period of 2 years.
please suggest me the options my wife have and if she go without approved leave what can happen..... we don't want to leave the job as yet
can she be terminated for unexcused leave?
All suggestions will be highly appreciated.

mai aap logon se ye janna chahata hun ki, kya vo officer jo state information commission mai hearing ke time per information ko bola ki, vo public authority nahi hai, uske baad yadi vo public information officer ki seal use karta hai, to kya ye crime nhi hai, kya usko power hai, jab ki information commission appealant ki appeal ko is base per kharij kar chuka ho, kya ese officer ko govt ya law ye power deta hai ki vo public authority bante hu SPIO ki seal use kare,

Respected experts,
I am an official from a large commercial bank and married for 12 years. My marriage has always been troubled as frictions rose from the day of marriage owing to the other person's behaviour and her parents. I however kept on trying to pacify things as my parents were also not favourably behaving. Broadly, the other person's behaviour didn't change and she kept on raising one issue after another and all my efforts to bring in peace and normalcy in our relationship failed. My parents realised their mistake and did whatever good they could on their part along with the rest of my parental family but the other person kept on brewing hatred and maliciousness. Though there were moments of peace and love but they were always shortliving and ended my getting more and more frustrated. I came down from counselling her to begging her to praying her to beating myself in frustration. I begged for a child which was always denied on one pretext or another. I withstood for seeing another day when I will have a good life and a loving partner who never was. After a considerable time of 55 years, she relinquished and my son was born, bringing hope for a better life for me. But things got worse from there on. She became commanding and ill-mannered. My parents and myself were subjected to unreasonable humiliation and even social embarrassment. In between, my bank sent me on a foreign posting where I again hoped would change the course of our lives and bring in a better day. But that's where all hopes broke down. My efforts for conciliation were thrown and I was warned to police complaint in a foreign country if I were to touch her. I, that day, left her emotionally forever. Her parents also put the oil enough the in fire and finally, after coming back they went to damaging our social images. Friction turned into fights and further into physical fights. I asked for a divorce in an amicable manner for the good of our child but she retorted with a 498a case. Her parents used their police resources and I was arrested u/s 498a, 323, 507 and others without being put to women cell and got bail next day. Again the same day arrested again u/s 151 and was again made to spend another night in lock up. Got bail next day and staying away since then for more than last 4 months. My belongings were not given despite two petitions to the Police Authorities. Now being threatened of other outcomes if I done pay up as they demand. My 7 year old son, who I love so blindly is under complete control of the other person and says I'm dead for him. All the while treating her best to the extent I could financially and socially, I'm not even allowed to enter my own house and threatened day in and out. My parents are being threatened of being included in this under dowry cases despite my taking only three notional rupees during the process of marriage only out of respect for the other person's parents as I have always been against taking dowry. My laywer argues funnily by saying that I should pay up as they say else I may suffer heavily as the laws are only favouring women. I'm too much mentally distraught and disheartened. I want to give whatever I can for my son but this is too much of extortion. Please help. I may not have narrated everything here but need help...please.

I m resident of Maharashtra. me and my 6 months old daughter had been thrown out of house on 3/3/14 at 11.30pm
I have filed a case of 498a &406 against my husband and in laws after councelling by women cell is failed. they have got interim bail from thane session court. meanwhile recovery of dowry items is done but they denied to return cash and ornaments by saying that no dowry was given to them. investigation officer and senior police inspector is not cooperating with me because my in laws seek some political influence of local MLA. the interim due date is 26/6/2014.i m very much harassed by local police I m in dark now what should I do please guide

Dear Sir/Madam,
My marriage engagement had been cancelled before marriage after grand function in presence of ~200 relatives from both my and bride’s family by bride’s father due to horoscope mismatch. Bride’s family did the function. He clearly said the same to us through mediator, directly and SMS.
We all already informed greatly to all my relatives, friends and colleagues about my marriage before cancellation in society.
We have now engagement ring, photo album, vedios and bride’s father given some money to us for marriage expences.Bride’s father asking the same to us through mediator.
Then my family elder’s said them that to give written statement about cancellation engagement with reason by bride’s father and bride in presence of both families relatives to avoid problems in future and then only we will give the same expect some money as our dignity was spoiled(dignity damage) in society by their worst decision.
I would like to know that whether bride’s family has any right to file any case on us in police station regarding the same. If so, we are also planning to file a case against them about damage of dignity.
Pl provide your valuable suggestions.

Some part of my residential plot accupied by neighbour
Dear Sir/Madam,
Some part of my residential plot has been occupied by my neighbour as per our registered documents at the time of their house construction.They have not informed the same to us.
When we asked about the same, they are not giving proper explaination and they are strong with respect to money and power.
What i have to do now to get justice.
